I’ve stayed at many 5-star hotels in China before. Some met my standards, while others didn’t even feel like a 3-star hotel. However, the Hilton Zhuhai deserves praise! It didn’t just meet my expectations—I genuinely enjoyed my stay here. I had some doubts when booking this hotel since it originally opened in 2013, but a renovation was done in 2019. So, I took a leap of faith, and it paid off. The hotel wasn’t expensive, though the price nearly doubled during the holiday season. The staff were very friendly, especially Esther at the front desk, who went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and even offered helpful suggestions 👍. Of course, no hotel is perfect, so here are some pros and cons: Pros: - Great service from the staff, particularly the front desk team. - The hotel feels well-maintained despite its age. - Quiet surroundings, which made for a peaceful stay. Cons: - The A/C is very slow to cool the room. It eventually gets there, but it takes its own sweet time. - The front desk area is very small. They squeezed in a coffee bar that took away the grand feel of the lobby and closed off multiple entrances, leaving only one. This layout makes entering the hotel feel awkward and takes away from the sense of luxury. - The view from our room wasn’t great—just a row of unoccupied mansions with overgrown grass and trees. Since this is a newer area of Zhuhai, many nearby apartments are also empty. It’s quiet, but not particularly scenic. - There are no restaurants within 500 meters. You’ll need to order takeout or take a taxi to a nearby mall for food. - Transportation options are limited. There’s no public transport nearby, and the space in front of the hotel is too small for taxis to pull in easily. The best option is to call a DiDi (ride-hailing app), and while the front desk can help with this, you might have to wait if they’re busy. Overall, I’d rate this hotel an 8/10. The two points I took off were for the lack of nearby restaurants and limited transportation options. Despite these issues, the service and comfort of the hotel made it a great stay. I’d happily return in the future!

The Hotel is amazing. The staff are so friendly. The front desk Jasmin made an up grade for a room with Macao view. Ryan, the staff of swimming pool ate very kind and friendly. Treats us very well. The breakfast is amazing, I had a favorite breakfast in Zhuhai before come here, but I think now, here is my favorite. A very good quality and varied menu. The Happy our is also good. The staff are friendly. I just think could have more western food, like pasta for kids, and no so spicy food because we foreigners no longer eat it. Think more about happy our food, I will come back. It’s only my suggestion because all of other things was 5 stars ⭐️ Last note: the hot jacuzzi is outstanding. Amazing.

Shout out to Regina. Super friendly and professional. The hotel is perfect except it is little too far from everywhere. It is only close to 灣仔海鮮街， where it has many delicious seafood restaurants. The hotel breakfast was average, not vary choices. Overall, great serviced hotel.

You can never be wrong with this hotel, awesome view, superb amenities and interior design, which makes the whole experience one step beyond your expectation. Once again I wanna thank Kiki for all the conveniences that she could offer and the great customer service and the help of the young doorman for helping me to bring my forgotten jacket. Thanks for the great help of all the staffs.

Great service. Spacious rooms. Amazing gym. Nice club floor. Nice to have outdoor pool and small playroom for children. Breakfast selection was great and the Chinese restaurant downstairs was delicious! Will definitely book again.

The hotel location is just meters away from Wanzhai pier and Wanzhai seafood street. It’s really convenient. The room is quite spacious, clean and price wise.

The location is next to the highway between Huanqin and the city center. It's basically 10 min drive to one of the big malls. I would recommend to include the buffet breakfast in your booking as it's a very good deal with a huge variaty of food. The staffs are very helpful as they assisted us in receiving delivery from Sam's club and also offered to bring them to my car. A true 5 star hotel as it provides you 5 selections of pillow.

Arron was a great front desk agent! He was helpful in our check in process. The front desk also was keen to make sure if I wanted to clean my room or not. Service and room was great too

room is excellent , free for mini bar is perfect . breakfast service guy may need further trained .

Nice rooms and good service. The breakfast area is a little bit packed but the food is fine.

Location is convenient to all viewpoints, with very good services. The room is clean and the size is good for kids also. Recommended !
