A comfortable hotel with friendly staff, who kindly prepared a packed breakfast for the next day I set off early for a day tour. The breakfast was disappointing as it was provided in a hall dining space with limited options and mediocre quality. Otherwise the hotel was well equipped.

We had good time while staying at Haunting Hotel. We felt comfortable of reaching out to the staff 140 and 016 for help. They were kind and looked after our valuable devices while we explore Zhengzhou. Good service!

Excellent value for the money. The location is convenient. A few minutes' walk to the Zhengzhou railway subway station. No safe or bathrobes in the room though. The toilet is automatic: starts as soon as you sit down - found it a bit unhygienic.

這次入住的酒店給我留下了深刻印象！踏入大堂，簡約大氣的裝修風格搭配柔和燈光，氛圍感十足。客房佈置温馨，空間寬敞明亮，床品乾淨柔軟，衞浴設施也嶄新且整潔，細節之處盡顯品質。智能化設計是一大亮點，燈光、窗簾都能一鍵調控，便捷又貼心。酒店員工服務意識超強，從前台辦理入住到客房服務，都熱情專業，響應迅速。地理位置優越，周邊交通便利，地鐵站和公交站步行可達，無論是商務辦公還是外出遊玩都很方便。唯一不足的是走廊隔音稍弱，偶爾能聽到外面聲響。但總體體驗極佳，下次還會選擇這裏！特別是143和16號的前台，去借小刀的時候，強調了好多次注意安全，服務態度特別暖心，105和073保潔阿姨，怕水不夠喝，順路打掃看到我住房，多給了好多水，打掃也特別細心，打掃完和剛入住一樣整潔！！！強烈點贊ദ്ദി ˉ͈̀꒳ˉ͈́ ）✧

房間很好，衞生乾淨，有小度音箱和智能馬桶等智能設備，小朋友很喜歡。還有就是度105-021大姐的服務更是點贊，入住時主動對接給小朋友拿來小童專用拖鞋和牙刷，樓道碰到會詢問是否需要補充用品和其他幫助。本次入住真是一次很好的體驗。

上週入住了涵唐酒店，整體體驗超出預期。前台143號和15號工作人員態度親切熱情，主動介紹了周邊餐飲與交通訊息。房間佈局簡約雅緻，原木色傢俱搭配暖光照明讓人倍感放鬆。床品親膚透氣，浴室乾濕分離合理。細節處的用心讓人印象深刻。早餐品種不算特別多，但現煮的麪檔和現磨咖啡足夠開啟元氣一天。退房時工作人員主動詢問入住感受。作為價位適中的城市商旅酒店，無論是出差辦公還是休閑小住，這裏都能提供舒適安心的住宿體驗。

有一説一房間衞生不錯，但是還是不得不吐槽一個問題那就是距離嚴重虛標，甚至可以説是欺騙了。我們之所以選擇火車站附近的酒店就是為了方便，為了便利。攜程推薦了這個西廣場酒店，顯示距離火車站步行150米（圖一），試問誰會拒絕一個出站走路3分鐘就到的酒店？於是乎我果斷下單了。坐了一天火車當我出站後心心念唸的想去酒店穩穩的睡一覺時，我發現拚命的東張西望，左顧右盼愣是沒看到※涵唐酒店※四個字，我慌了。打開導航一看西廣場出站口距離酒店1公里（圖二）🤕，我🥶了。我除了拖着沉重的步伐，提着巨大的行李箱，帶着疲憊的身體，邊走邊罵的跟着導航走還能幹什麼?難道取消訂單重新換酒店嗎？不，我都已經走了500米……
