There was a hole in the body towel. The front desk receptionist is a 4 star who doesn't speak English at all. Unfortunately. I waited for 1 hour to get into the room I reserved because the receptionist did not speak English. And very slowly

I had a wonderful stay at Novotel Zhengzhou, and I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The facilities were top-notch, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient. What truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by the staff, particularly Mr. Lee Li at the reception. From the moment I arrived, he went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcomed and comfortable. He was incredibly attentive, professional, and helpful with all my needs, making my stay hassle-free and enjoyable. I am deeply grateful for his support and kindness. The hotel facilities are old, the air conditioner is not cool at all, and the room is very hot. I found a staff to fix it, but it was useless. In the end, the whole broken electric fan was given to me. No matter what, it was still a five-star hotel. There was a middle-aged man with poor service attitude and treated customers differently.

原本要訂索菲特酒店的網上看起來有點年份了糾結了一下訂了這一間，酒店比較舊了房間的基礎設施硬件配置看起來有點年份了，酒店前台小哥給升級了荷里活大床房可以眺望外面的湖景，酒店客房服務很好房間暖氣不太好阿姨給送了電暖氣！ 每天一件非自助免費水洗單衣:客房阿姨給洗的衣服很好細節做得很到位！客房阿姨打掃房間時每天都會多幾瓶水還有菊花茶還特意留下字條叮囑我多喝水很感動啊！讓我體驗到了出門在外有種回家的感覺再次我特意感謝酒店客房部的阿姨：羅雙霞，宋青蘭，宋金鳳！謝謝你們.

房間很大，最棒的就是床，難得出差睡的這麼好！太推薦了，房內温度有些稍熱，開窗通風，前台的女同事都很棒！效率很高！我的門卡遺漏在五樓健身房，一分鐘就送來了備用門禁卡，值的信任和入住的酒店！

酒店位置不錯，門口就有地鐵站，房間乾淨，也很寬敞，房間裏有小冰箱，裏面有免費的飲料可以使用，入住Kiki很熱情，服務很好，幫忙升級房間。15樓層的郭書芬很熱心周到地來房間送水送夜間餅乾、牛奶並提醒我記得酒店有提供宵夜。酒店的停車也很方便，就在對面，直接輸入車牌號就可以，以後來鄭州還會選擇諾富特的。
