Best Western is a relatively large chain hotel in France and Italy. This one in Menton is much larger than the one in Nice, and the service is very good in all aspects. It is the most welcoming and friendly front desk on our trip to Ctrip. The balcony in the room is great. We had dinner on the balcony and watched the sunset. It was facing the church. The street was also very quiet at night. It is not far from the beach, about four or five minutes away. There is a big Carrefour nearby. Many restaurants are closed on Sundays, so we went to Carrefour to buy. The next morning, because I couldn't find the bus schedule, I returned to the hotel to consult the front desk, who also helped me check and printed it for me very enthusiastically. This hotel has a very good experience 👍

The room was clean and well-equipped. The room was definitely not small for France. The front desk staff was attentive and friendly. The small rooftop terrace was especially nice.

I stayed for three nights. The hotel arranged me downstairs for the first two nights. The room was small and a bit crowded. The air conditioner was noisy and I couldn't sleep well. The last night was arranged on the 4th floor. For the same price, the room was more than twice as big and had a balcony. The hotel has parking spaces, but they charge 24 euros per night.

Service and facilities are all OK. Small hotel, nothing to complain about.
