Good location with wonderful view. Very convenient to go to skiing. Variety of breakfast.

Convenient Ski-in Ski-out hotel with outside ski storage which saves the effort to bring the gears back to hotel after a day's workout. Food court provided good quality food at reasonable price and easy to access. Hotel room provided a humidifier which seems not powerful enough. The humidity remained too low and hurt the skin. The temperature control was not working well and stayed on the hot side. We had to leave the window open with a gap to cool down.

The room is OK, the service staff are very warm and polite. If there are some shortcomings, if it is a minor change, it is recommended to leave two exclusive elevators for hotel guests, the kind that accepts card payment. The current elevators are too old and I can't stand it. If it is a major change, the high-end Dragon Palace should be placed in another building. The current location is too private, and other buildings can also ski in and out. It is also possible to build a hotel-exclusive ski equipment hall.

The room is spacious and bright, the bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is clean, toiletries are available, there are many breakfast varieties, the seafood is fresh, the ski resort facilities are complete, and skiing is super cool. You can also soak in the hot springs for free when staying at the hotel, which is very comfortable

The room was very clean and well-equipped. We also changed the room to see the sunny side of the ski slope, which was very beautiful! The breakfast was also very rich! There were many kinds of meat, plenty of vegetables and fruits, and many kinds of desserts. Each taste was unique. It was connected to the ski resort and you could reach it without leaving the hotel, which was very convenient! There were many ski slopes and the children and family had a great time! The breakfast at the ski resort is as rich as ever, and the dinner added to the ski hall on the fourth floor is great!

The disadvantage, or the place that urgently needs improvement, is the catering. The buffet breakfast on the fifth floor is said to have many varieties, which should be the highlight of the hotel. But it will punish everyone who wakes up late. It usually closes at 9:30 and stops serving breakfast at 10 o'clock on weekends, so that the last person to go is in a hurry to get things. Once the time comes, the meal collection speed is extremely fast 😆 The service is still OK, such as helping to get food or drinks. I hope that breakfast can be delayed to 10 o'clock on weekdays. The fast food restaurant on the fourth floor is open until 10pm. There is a large part in the middle where food is served on the spot, just like a university cafeteria. However, if it is not crowded on weekends or after mealtime (for example, after 7pm), the chefs in some stalls just stand there, as if they are waiting to get off work, and no longer provide meals, except for fried rice, rice noodles, skewers and spicy hot pot. Nothing else is cooked on order, and only the chefs clean up the mess, which feels bad. If you want to eat something delicious, you have to go according to the flow of people and time. The auntie who collects the food is very hard-working. The catering service really needs to be improved. The bread seller next to it is good, delicious and not expensive, but you have to go early to buy it, otherwise there will be not many varieties if you are late.

Every time I go to Wanlong Dragon Palace, it is the only choice. In terms of hardware, it is very convenient to get to the ski hall. You can take the elevator downstairs. I always go upstairs to sleep when I am tired of skiing at noon. In the mountain view room, you can sit in the room and watch the performances of the masters. The heating is very powerful. In terms of software, the staff is warm and friendly, and the richness of breakfast and buffet is rare in Beijing. It is a great hotel!

The room size is very basic, in the style of a budget hotel; the facilities and equipment are good, with L'Occitane supplies, a camera-style peephole on the door, a capsule coffee machine, and sufficient floor heating; breakfast is definitely a highlight, with enough calories to fill the room; if there is any improvement, the view of the room I stayed in is not very good. It is more like a view room with a rooftop storage room in the cafeteria than a view of the ski resort. The supplies are not replenished every day and I have to call to get them replenished.

Facilities: Good, amazing breakfast, closest to the ski equipment hall and ski resort, the dragon trail is more suitable for my level. I will come here to practice in the future, there are too many children in the winter camp, and it is a very professional ski resort.
