Great stay in Zermatt! Our room was upgraded, and it was large with a balcony offering a stunning view of the Matterhorn.

Very close to train station, easy to be found Hotel staff was very friendly and allowed us to have early check-in. Room is clean and cozy, balcony view is good. I cant complain much

The room had a balcony with a view of the Matterhorn, so I was able to relax and enjoy the view. The amenities were minimal.

It was enough for one night for one person. The location is very good, within walking distance from the station. You can also walk to the bridge where you can see the Matterhorn sunrise. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of cheeses, hams, and fruits. I'd like to stay again!

The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Zermatt train station. The front desk of the hotel was not enthusiastic at all. They just checked in according to the rules. The front desk arranged for us to have a room on the attic. The roof of the attic room was very low, which made people feel depressed. , the room facilities and equipment are very basic, and the breakfast is basic Western bread and some bacon. Overall, I can't talk about cost performance. I just stayed in a hotel on a trip to Cermatt. There is nothing special about it.
