Great location, walking distance to all the major sites. Very helpfull staff and pleasant environment

It was a very comfortable stay.

The worst 5 star hotel ever. Help desk from in room phone was terrible terrible. We just asked for toothbrush kit one time at 13:pm, second at 6 pm ( this time the service line even hanged me), third and forth time at 7 but no answers! ! It is so bad. Then we came out and went to complain. And ran into cleaning clerk and got what we need. So absurd.

플릭스버스 터미널. 둘라츠시장부근 다 걸어다닐수(10분에서 15분정도) 있고 트램도 가까이에 있어서 공랑까지 가는 길도 편리했어요. 직원분들도 다 친절했고 객실도 깨끗허고 좋았어요.

쉐라톤이라는 이름에 걸맞게 시설이나 위치 모두 좋았네요 특히 사우나가 실용적입니다 숙박 기간 내내 사우나 수영장 이용했네요^^

旧市街に少し距離がありますが、歩いていける距離。部屋が清潔で快適。朝食の種が少ない。

部屋も清潔で、朝食が非常においしかったです。 駅に近く、利便性が高かったです。

領導非常滿意，從當地其他酒店換過的，領導很滿意。離市中心也比較近，交通便利，老牌酒店，服務也很好。。

環境：不錯 6層可以看到城市景色 服務：前台耐心的幫我換了房間 由於自駕很辛苦 去Spa做了身體 台灣的技師手法不錯 很放鬆
