Ulasan Sheraton Zagreb Hotel

Located about 15-20 minutes walk from the central bus station or about 5 minutes via taxi. A mix of tram and walking would take you 15-20 minutes. Surrounded by a pizza takeaway, coffee shop, bakery and mini mart. About 20 minutes walk to the main town centre or take the tram just outside the hotel. You can take a taxi which is generally outside. The surrounding area is safe but looks a bit run down because of graffiti. The hotel reception is immaculate. Customer service is really good and you can leave your bag if you check in early (3pm check in). The first floor has a pool (free), limited gym (free) and spa (paid). Restaurant and bar at the ground floor. The room is immaculate but looks a bit dated. King size bed is very comfortable and a bonus. Blankets are comfortable and weighted. Air conditioning is strong but a bit loud. Kettle, free coffee/tea, complimentary waters, iron/ironing board, hair dryer, robes/slippers, and towels available. Shower is strong with two different heads. The shower sprays everywhere on the outside floor due to a poor glass shower curtain. Noise? Rather quiet but can hear noisy people shouting in the corridor. TV is old and dated. Plugs on both sides of the bed (European style). Overall, a decent hotel for the price.

I recently stayed at the Sheraton in Zagreb and found the experience to be quite average. While the staff were friendly, the accommodations were disappointing, especially for a hotel rated 5 stars—it had more of a 3-star look and feel. The lack of windows made the rooms feel stuffy, and the carpet was noticeably dirty. The bathroom was small, the TV was outdated and small, and not all channels worked. The rooms overall felt old and in need of renovation, which was a stark contrast to the beautifully renovated front desk area downstairs. The bright, modern lobby clashed with the dark, outdated corridors and old rooms, leaving much to be desired. I had hoped for better given the brand's reputation. While the service was good, the overall accommodations did not live up to the rating or expectations.

Great room and facilities at the hotel. Concierge was very helpful when we arrived taking our luggage up to our room while we parked the car. Location good, has a tram stop outside and about 15 minute tram ride to centre of Zagreb. Has an indoor swimming pool.

Everything we needed from our stay in Zagreb! The room was super comfortable, the staff were friendly and the location was ideal.

It’s a quite nice hotel, with good facilities, including a well equipped gym and indoor swimming pool. The only thing “not so good” is that is a little bit on the far side to the city center (around 1km - 15 min walk). But overall quite good

Hotel is 800m from city centre. Easy walking distance. Service is pretty good. Building and room is a bit outdated ckmpare with other newer Sheraton hotels.

Perfect locations close to Arc. Kudos to all the receptionist especially ezekiel.

Best hotel I have ever been. Amazing staff and wonderful rooms. Breakfest was also tasty.

Grand reception with clean and spacious room. Great facilities and we had an amazing gym session in the gym room! Wonderful stay and would come back when revisiting Zagreb.

The shower water pressure not good at all and TV is smallest & oldest vs never other Sheraton .

Had a great stay at the Sheraton. Room was spacious and gym and other facilities were great. Location is relatively close to the bus station but a bit of a walk from the Old Town. Great breakfast in the morning, although the machine coffee taste was not great.
