Golden Zaan Hotel, Zaandam-Amsterdam

Hanno fatto di tutto per rendere il nostro soggiorno terribile. Non hanno mai rifatto o pulito le camere - ci sono voluti due giorni per avere gli asciugamani - non ci hanno dato del sapone, ma volevano che usassimo i flaconi dello shampoo - volevano che il calzino appeso all'impianto antifumo ce lo togliessimo da noi - metà dei bagni non era agibile - ciliegina finale: si sono rifiutati di stamparci le carte d'imbarco che gli avevamo inviato via email - Il prossimo settembre torneremo ad Amsterdam, ma non andremo in questa struttura, che voi definite hotel, ed inoltre useremo un altro sito di prenotazioni alberghiere.

Ein kleines niedliches Hotel für das kleine Budget genau richtig.

Hôtel un peu loin de la gare, pas très propre, chambre qui sent mauvais la cigarette, les lits ne sont pas refait être chaque nuits. Nous avions pas eu de serviettes de toilette ni de gel douche. Je ne recommande pas vraiment

Market very close with cheap food and amazing breads. Short walk to bus station, 30 ish minutes outside of Amsterdam. Perfect if you get the Amsterdam card the bus line is included and you save a lot being outside of the city. If you don't mind local market food and cheap water with some walking, this was a fun stay for my trip.

It’s okay according to price receptionist man very nice and humble easy to check in and check out near too Zaandam station and near deka market for breakfast just 2 minutes away and too many options for dinner De griek restaurant very good for dinner. Beds in good condition but bed sheets and duvet cover has some stains. Hotel provide towel’s, toilet paper and shampoo .

We was staying for just over 5 days and on our first night our room was moved and we was not informed so we entered the room with none of our stuff inside and other peoples luggage. Later on in our stay our keycard to the door stopped working and when we eventually got hold of the guy he told my mate to piss off twice

- Front desk is always empty, guests are expected to phone a mobile number to get the attention of the staff. - Phone won’t be answered and staff will turn up after five or six rings. - Key to the room stopped working each night and had to get the staff to rewrite the card. - Second night the key didn’t work, staff decided to block my number so I couldn’t get a hold of them. Luckily the guest in the next room key didn’t work and could get through. - Room was falling apart, light removed and left with exposed wiring in the bathroom. Mirror was falling off the wall, wallpaper was ripped off the wall, there was an electrical burn in the one corner of the room. Fridge only produces heat when plugged in. - No clean towels each day. - Cleaning equipment left in the halls. - Hallway to rooms has exposed walls and missing wallpaper.

Terrible …. Run down, dirty, old, sheets don’t fit bed, no body wash and none provided even though we requested numourous times Do not stay here …. Plenty of alternatives in the same area that are much nicer Reception staff more interested in their phone than the customer
