The environment is very nice and quiet. The service is very good.

It’s an above and beyond hot spring hotel designed by Japanese well known architect. The design is outstanding, peaceful and stylish, especially love the firefly lamp inside the room. Served by professional staff who carry friendly smiles, delicious traditional Japanese dinner and breakfast. I was attracted by KOLs to try the beef rice in the shopping street. It took me an hour in the queue, but then I found out the even better beef rice was already tasted at hotel dinner. Enjoy staff-led morning exercise and DIY handmade workshop. I did even enjoy solo outdoor hot spring under snowing. What a perfect stay at Kai Yufuin

You need a car in order to access the resort. Room is pretty small in comparison with other Hoshino resorts. Good dining experience whatsoever.

Not worth the money. Facilities basic, dining quality average.

Spend my birthday at Kai Yufuin and it was a wonderful experience. Beautiful scenery, excellent food, and impeccable service. Would love to visit other branches of Kai / Hoshino Resorts in the future!

Nice set up and service

這次訂的是Villa 房型。房間很大 很舒服，裝修風格跟視野都很棒。唯一小缺點 浴室沒有衣服掛勾。有一塊落地玻璃 沒有窗簾 房間到浴室會經過。晚上進出浴室不方便。 晚餐食物 沒有一般溫泉酒店懷石料理的等級。

疫情前新開的的酒店，之前一直想去，這次總算去了。總體的評價呢還是OK的，但由於我們比較慵懶，選擇住了三晚，到最後一天確實是無聊的。景色呢還是值得打卡的，但餐食在日式温泉酒店裡相比，確實毫無優勢，早餐的套餐也是有種完全不夠吃的感覺。而且因為要做到每天都不同，到第二天還OK，第三天已經完全不行了。所以還是推薦去的，衹不過住一晚或者最多兩晚就足夠了。
