This hotel is truly exceptional. The food was phenomenal, with a diverse menu that featured exquisite dishes made from the finest ingredients. The private hot spring in the room was a dream come true. It provided a serene and indulgent experience that was the highlight of my stay. The staff were exceptional, providing top-notch service that made my stay unforgettable.

Fall in love with this place, will definitely come again in the future. The hotel is very clean and tidy, convenient location. All the staff are very friendly and professional, only thing is that they are not very good at English, so it will be better if you can speak Japanese or prepare AI translations all the time. Overall it is a fabulous place of great experience.

Great service. You can call the onsen ryokan when you arrive Yufuin station, and they can arrange shuttle/car drive the ryokan. The service of the staff are professional and friendly. Our room was big, and they provide good and ergonomic pillows. The dinner and breakfast were great too! Freshly made with seasonal food. One of the best place I’ve ever stayed in!

Great hospitality experience from booking until our way back from Yufuin train station. The staff service was 5-star. The hotel is located in the main touristic area but as soon as you step behind the curtain, it is calm and lovely. The room was sparkling clean, with great amenities and comfort. The public/private baths were also great, very clean and no reservation needed. Special mention to the restaurant recommendation, a great dinner spot recommended nearby the hotel. Strongly recommend to anyone willing to stay in Yufuin.

Amazing!

The design of the Japanese hot spring hotel is very elegant. Due to the small number of rooms, the number of guests is correspondingly small. The environment is very quiet, the facilities are less worn out, and the rooms are very clean. The hotel has four baths, two of which are family baths. Since there are few guests, they can be enjoyed at any time. Unfortunately, the kitchen was closed during our stay and no meals were provided. The restaurants near the hotel were also closed on public holidays, so we had to walk to the train station for dinner, which was extremely inconvenient.

The environment is beautiful, the place is clean, the facilities are of high quality, the only thing that can be improved is the reception at night no one on duty, the girls' hot spring and no password is needed. It feels like everyone can come and go so safety can be stepped up

Although it is old, the facilities are well maintained. The food is great. The portions are enough to fill you up. The man in our group also ate a lot. The service is great. From the front desk to the restaurant to the sanitation, all the staff are very polite and make you feel comfortable.

The location was quite remote and there was no breakfast or dinner that day. But the facilities and environment can be said to be an experience of Japanese culture, which is on a different level from ordinary hotels.
