Ulasan Ramada by Wyndham Dongtan

The hotel is convenient located in Dongtan, adjacent to an area with many small shops and restaurants. The staff at the reception is friendly and they can speak English. In the same building, with an entrance to the reception area on the first floor, is a coffee shop (Coffee Beans) with very good coffee, tea, donuts and cakes and very friendly staff. So you don't need to pay for breakfast at the hotel. I did not like the large bright screen fixed to the wall in the room to control air conditioning (that additionally can be controlled by a small operation panel), lighting and 100 more options, all not accessible, because the language can not be changed to English (or that option is so deeply hidden in the Korean menu that I did not find it). I did not find how to switch this panel off at night, and it was so bright that it was really disturbing. Summary: I have been in that hotel before, will go there again, but I hope they can do something about this large and bright touch panel. 😁

I stayed for a night and the room itself was not bad. However, the bath and the hadbasin didn't drain, the water filled up to my ankle while having a shower. It also seemed like the bath wasn't cleaned for months. There were black particles coming off from the hose of the showerhead. It was horrible especially when you are in the white and bright bath. I tried to use the coffee pot in the morning, don't expect the pots to be extremely clean but here, there were unwashable stains (stickly and looked harmful) and some molds, I guess... I've been to several hotels, so I don't expect these items to be super clean but this was too displeasing, when you think of the name value of the hotel. If you are just to sleep here over a night, then it would be okay but if you want to enjoy some drinks and have a cup of coffee in the morning, then no to this hotel. I stayed at 8th floor and the ice machine also didn't work. This hotel is too old and not maintained well.

不知道從哪裡來噪音，可能隔壁是配電室，整晚像住在引擎室，嗡嗡嗡的聲音不間斷。地理位置還是可以的，離商業街一街之隔，樓下有咖啡店麪包房

出差日期又延長了幾天, 仍然選擇Trip.com 訂華美達東灘酒店. 前台服務一樣很棒, 房間一樣乾淨, 早餐有很不錯. 是一家性價比很不錯的酒店. 值得推薦給大家.

Eveytime i visot dongtan id like to stay here. parking a bit inconvinient though

위치는 최적이었고요.! 주변에 식당 및 즐길거리 많아요! 주차가 기계식이아 좀 불편하다는 점 미레 알고 가시고요. 직뤈들은 좀 지쳐보이더라고요. 손님들 보시면 좀 웃어 주시길

인천공항에서 접근성이 용이하고 주변 상권이 발달해 있어 이용 시 불편함이 없습니다. 숙소는 청결하고 쾌적합니다.

시설은 보통인데, 주차장이 불편해요 그리고 직원이 마치 기계 같아서 룰만 얘기하고 불친절해요 가격은 비싼데 서비스가 좀 그래서 다음에 고려를 다시 힌번 더 해야할 것 같아요

출장 목적으로 다녀왔습니다. 동탄 시내 접근성 좋고 룸컨디션과 조식 가격도 괜찮았구요. 다만, 조식 메뉴는 생각보다 다양하진 않았고 8시 반 이후 이용 시 이미 없는 메뉴가 많았습니다.

출장지 호텔로 너무 좋습니다. 전반적으로 만족합니다.

위치, 시설, 서비스 모두다 100점 가족들 동탄 올때 마다 이용하고 싶어요

前台接待指引服務不錯，周邊餐飲有很多可選。適合商務出行。樓下有一個咖啡廳，方便臨時接待。

臨時被安排的出差，臨時訂的。 優點： 1. 算是當地知名酒店，打車司機都知道 缺點： 1. 很舊，房間內是那種潮濕的老地毯散發出來的陰黴味道 2. 前台服務員態度很*，是很標準的韓國官方服務，皮笑肉不笑，這個房價在當地是排前的，不懂為何這個態度 3. 毛巾浴巾是洗過太多次的白灰色 4. 房間內陳列是鏡子直接對着床 5. 我住的這間沒有Wi-Fi，連的隔壁房間的時有時無斷斷續續 6. 剛入住的時候馬桶上 ，枕頭上有長頭髮 7. 住在5樓，外面是餐廳商業街+停車場，晚上開窗睡覺（因為屋裡異味太酸爽）無敵吵 8. 枕頭是有味道的，是酸爽的味道 以上大概總結，給住友們參考 個人是不會再來住了... 訂了兩晚基本沒睡，因為攜程政策訂完了不能退，哎..
