We were planning to stay for 1 night, but ended up staying for 3. I especially appreciated that the hotel provided wheelchair for my elderly parent to use during our stay. Thanks to the wheelchai ruse, my dad was able to visit more sites. Thank you so much for the unexpected service. Our courtyard hot spring room was huge, and the private hot spring pool was very convenient.

This was my 6th trip to this hotel. I don't think there will be a 7th. It seems every time I go things are getting worst. There are less pools open, the buffet is not as good as it used to be. I think I have only seen the outdoor pool open once. It is a shame as I love to go there when I have a business trip in Yuyao. Hopefully things will improve.

The hotel was lovely and the private hotspring in our courtyard was amazing. The kids playroom was a great place to lety 1 yearold run around and go crazy. Service was great and Deng Yuan Yuan was incredibly helpful . Room service menu could definitely use more options and a drinks menu but otherwise we had a great experience.

incredible location, surrounded by nature and things to see around the hotel. Admin is super friendly and helpful and upgraded a friends room for free. the hotel has different room decor, very posh, and unique. Perfect breakfast! so much variety. Hot springs are the highlight, so clean, so relaxing... total grand vacation just 45mins away from Ningbo. Only there aren't any stores around the area, so take snacks.

第一次來餘姚陽明温泉山莊，冬天泡泡湯，吃吃自助，非常愜意，温泉有葯物的和花草類，開了20+個小池子，晚餐預約酒店自助，品種非常豐富，性價比很高👍最後感謝我的管家小岳，幫我們解答遇到的問題，滿意的旅行😘

去年2月份和家人來住過，對温泉印象還不錯，衝著温泉再次入住，但這次的温泉池子不如上次開得多，公共休息區只有影音廳，確實太單一了。入住前溝通了要求，酒店都能滿足，這點滿意，加了管家微信，都能及時回覆，還送了水果，但酒店確實蠻老舊的，室內游泳池倒挺乾淨明亮，就是桑拿房不開。年輕的服務員缺乏熱情，基本看不到微笑服務，冷冰冰的感覺。早餐沒有咖啡機而是煮開的速溶咖啡粉裝在玻璃壺內，服務員説是成本考慮，明顯跟五星級酒店不符，等等遇到的其他服務員一些諸如此類的回答。早餐品種不算少，西式也有，但品質真的不像五星級酒店的水品，這次給我的印象真的很不好，下次不會再來了。補充一下，酒店內的陽明牛味館開到晚上12點，也不貴味道還可以；酒店內的小超市有哈根達斯冰激凌，18元一小杯，建議裝冰激淋的桶上加個蓋子或封一下保鮮膜，包括舀冰激凌的勺子一直裸露在外面不太衞生。

酒店的環境非常不錯，房間內的温泉泡的非常舒服，管家金鑰匙左峯經理的服務非常好，推薦朋友下次也要過來，酒店裝修風格古色古香，拍照也非常出片，對面的寺廟也很不錯，菜餚的味道也很好，服務很熱情

酒店房間很大，雖然設施有點舊，但是服務很不錯。跟團性價比較高，因此泡湯的遊客很多，建議不跟團就泡私湯。健身房很大，設施齊全，非常棒！美中不足住的房間是一期的電梯旁，夜深人靜的時候每隔幾分鐘就有滴水的聲音，持續一晚上，基本上一晚上吵到沒辦法睡覺。給酒店聽了錄音也沒承認有問題，滴水聲聽成風聲也是醉了，找理由不該這麼説呀，建議避開角落房間。人多酒店內電梯內抽煙基本沒有管，如果不介意吸二手煙可以飄過。贊一個攜程的售後服務確實非常的好，這也是堅持在攜程上定酒店的原因，很放心。

酒店自助很值，內容很豐富，味道很不錯。房間升級到小黃鴨親子房，非常可愛，各種細節保護措施很到位，元素統一很有趣。房間有地毯版的飛行棋和樂高桌，可玩性很強！ 美中不足的是公共陽明温泉，配套太簡陋了，室外沒有可以實時更換的浴袍點，濕的套在身上不舒服，而且開的池子也不多，略有些失望。

酒店在陽明山上，進山也要車程40分鐘左右，山裡空氣清新，樹木葱鬱，在這裏住上幾天，泡泡温泉，是不錯的休閑好地方。 我們是朋友一起出遊，酒店周邊有農家菜，酒店也有吃的，非常方便！ 房間面積比較大，還有小露台，喝茶聊天請隨意！

停車場一進電梯一股濃郁的煙味，太誇張了！！！！！住的私湯房，一開始選的榻榻米，進去一股黴味！！！！！！！ 還好服務不錯，立馬給我們換了普通房型，至少沒那麼難聞的味道了，但是開了空調之後有隱隱的煙味。設施因為裝修久遠比較老舊，但都是好使的，還能接受。 私湯很不錯，會提前打掃一下，温度很舒服，水也很大，池子也不小～ 自助餐很好吃，總的來説，住私湯房的話還是很不錯的。
