The hotel was very nice! They gave us a free upgrade to the room with a tub outside in the backyard. The kids had a bunk bed and the room was very spacious and clean. The staff named 谢谢您 was very kind to us, she deserves a raise. The hotsprings were amazing! The kids loved it! The food for breakfast was decent, chinese style and also had fresh salad. Would recommend you to bring your kids and enjoy the resort.

We went the day before the hotel got flooded, so we managed to enjoy 2 days of swimming around the hotel lanes which was really fun! Unlimited swimming, hot springs and sauna. Although you’re not allowed to use any of these if there’s a thunderstorm so keep an eye out for the weather. The hotel should’ve warned the guests of flooding, or cancelled the rooms for guests’ safety, which was definitely a mistake on their part. However the staff response after the flooding was fantastic, they all kept calm and friendly despite many angry guests (which was to be expected as many had their cars destroyed). They were in the same situation as we were, trapped in the hotel lobby for days without power, but still tried their best to help the guests out as much as they could.

The room on the first floor is very big, with one bedroom and one living room. But you can't play in the water when it's cold. When it's cold, there is only hot water in the small pool at the door of your room. There are several pools in the public area with hot water, but most of them are cold water. It would be perfect if you go there in the summer.

Qingming Festival, outing, decided to go to Baojing Palace on the spur of the moment, and randomly chose Baodun Lake. I booked two rooms at 4 pm. There were six people with my parents and two children. The hotel was very considerate to arrange a room together. The hotel environment is good and the service is thoughtful. In the morning and evening, the housekeeper Zhuzhu saw that I came for the first time and recommended the nearby restaurant. The roast chicken was very good. I will come again next time, but in July and August, because the big swimming pool is so fun, but the water is a bit cold in April 🥲 (the swimming pool is not hot spring water, which is also my suggestion to the hotel). Highly recommended!

The hotel covers a large area, with many villas, next to the lake, and the air is very good. Because it is not a weekend, there are not many people, and there are few people in the hot spring. The hotel management and service are good. The housekeeper Zhuzhu is very enthusiastic and upgraded our room for free. The hot spring area is very good, with many pools and steam rooms, but some pools are not filled with water. Monk fruit tea and ginger tea, sweet potato porridge with sugar water, etc. are also provided free of charge. The room scenery is also good, right next to the circular swimming lane, and the small courtyard on the first floor is planted with Osmanthus fragrans, which is fragrant. There are also many varieties of breakfast, including freshly cooked rice noodles and freshly ground coffee. Unfortunately, the room facilities are a bit old, and the water heater is still an electric water heater with a water storage tank. There is no hot water for those who take a shower later. It takes 30 minutes to heat it up. I hope it can be improved.

It's not the peak season, so it's more comfortable than chicken. The water is a bit cold and you can't swim freely. It's also very happy to paddle a boat in the small bubble pool. The bathroom is a bit old and the facilities are recommended to be improved. A very distinctive hot spring resort. We booked a family room on the second floor, and later the hotel upgraded us to a waterfront family suite on the first floor for two adults and two children. It has one bedroom and one living room, a 1.8-meter bed, and bunk beds for children. There is a private hot spring pool in the garden, with 2 free pools of hot spring water. What surprised the children even more was that the outdoor garden leads directly to the swimming lane, and you can go swimming or boating in the water after changing into a swimsuit. The water in the swimming lane is crystal clear. The children had a lot of fun! Highly recommend a waterfront room or villa. 👍👍👍
