I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely stunning, nestled in a beautiful area that’s perfect for exploring. The hotel itself is immaculate, with clean and well-maintained rooms that made me feel right at home. The staff were incredibly helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with excellent service!

Perfect position in the heart of Xidi village. Nice room in a restored old house ( it is a kind of distributed hotel). Good warming system . Comfortable beds. We did not book the breakfast and in any case the hotel reception door was closed at 8.30 when we tried to check if they served the breakfast. We had lunch in the hotel restaurant ( a courtyard closed with plastic curtains). Favourable price quality ratio.

What a place ! It’s like returning in the past but with all the modern comfort. The receptionist was very helpful providing us the times for the light show. We very much enjoyed waking up with the view over the old village roofs. (See the picture).

Lovely room and good price. One downside is that as its an ancient building not sound proof. Loved the village especially once the crowds leave. Sensational light and sound show in the evenings...well worth stsying over to see.

Traditional boutique hotel located in the heart of Xidi. The staff was very helpful, added me on wechat before my trip to explain easily how to get there. The room is small but has everything you need.

Wonderful place! Really like the architecture and what a luxury to have a bath! 这个房子很美丽！值得带！The staff was very friendly. I give 4 stars on service and not 5 as I have been spoilt by exceptional service in other places where hosts gave explanations about the location or helped with practicalities. One tip: get rid of mosquitos before guests check in or provide a mosquito net above the bed.

I booked this homestay because I am a huge fan of huizhou style architecture and surely the place didn't disappoint me. The design of the homestay rooms gives one that feeling of antiquity. Takes you back to the Ming Dynasty if you are a Chinese history buff. Also,there is a nicely designed small restaurant at the location. The food was great. Additionally,I enjoyed my overall stay because the owner was very hospitable. Would definitely recommend to anyone who loves idyllic antique designs.

The boss came to the parking lot to pick me up. The room was very retro. The boss upgraded me for free. There was a big bathtub. I had a nice hot bath at night. Their stinky mandarin fish and Hui Niang stir-fried dishes were amazing. I ordered these two dishes at noon and in the evening. They were very delicious. When I left, the boss gave me a small bookmark carved by himself. It was very meaningful and I liked it very much. If I come to Xidi next time, I will choose to stay at Hui Niang's house.

The room is antique, the environment is good, the food is delicious, it is right in the scenic area, the owner of the B&B is very welcoming, and when I left the hotel, he even carved a bamboo bookmark for my daughter

The boss was very nice. He helped us carry our luggage and gave us a bookmark he carved himself. The B&B is right in the scenic area, with great scenery, convenience, and good food. The electric blanket was very comfortable, and I liked the scenery outside the window very much. It made me happy. However, the bathroom was really simple. It was not very clean, but not dirty. It just didn't look as clean as a hotel. I didn't stay in a B&B much, so I felt a little uncomfortable. The sound insulation was really bad. The girls in the next room returned to their room at 1 a.m. and went out at 4 a.m. The sound of entering and leaving the door, talking, and flushing the toilet was really super clear.

I really like this B&B. It is a single-family building by the river. It has the characteristics of local houses. The room is all wooden. The door lock is also a traditional iron ring. You need to use the copper lock to lock the door when you go in and out. It is very unique, and you don't need to worry about safety issues. Once the small copper lock is locked, there is also a double guarantee of the latch on the door. Because it is a single-family building, there is also a gate for triple protection when entering the B&B area. The window of the room is that kind of window lattice, and the same latch is safe 👍. You can also open the window to see the corridor environment. There is a curtain for privacy. The proprietress is also very beautiful and gentle, and the food is delicious.
