I've chosen citadine many times. I think & do hope that the TOILET cleanliness can be improved, it seems like the house keeper doesn't really pay attention to the cleaning part. Only do the surface cleaning up without any brush up, it can be easily spotted on either inside the toilet bowl condition or overall cleanliness. I know citadine can be much more better! ๐Ÿค

All services and facilities in a good way.. refrigerator in my room is out of service not cool,but the maintenance in duty on 22 Feb 2025 was doing a great job ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ..good job for the maintenance staff that night

Nice hotel with access to good mall. Js the parking bit confusing. Shud put mark sign. Overall ok. Breakfast sent to room. Not buffet.

This room do not have a bottle water and the room air conditioner are not cold enough for me. walking distance within building for the mall. The breakfast are menu type and not buffet style, the portain small and i need to eat again after breakfast.

Hotel is connected to the mall.. the lobby is nice and smells of coffee considering they have starbucks dispenser at the lobby itself.. we are able to go for early check in at 2pm provided we sign their membership program.. the unit is big. 1 bedroom unit.. got living room and kitchen with big fridge..

Its a pleasure staying here located next to DPulze shopping center mall which easy to do what u want food movies or else. Room was ok quite spacious and have kitchen. provided with kitchen appliance. Easy parking per day is rm5. It also comes with roof top swimming pool. Overall satisfied with this stay. My only complaint is the room is not perfectly clean, i can barely see dust at specific area and another thing is im not requested house keeping when im going out, but after coming back my room was completely has been tidy up luckily there's no valuables things was missing at that time. Till Next time will come again because of hospitality of this hotel was so good.
