very old and dirty, swimming pool closed, need renovation, water is cold and not clean, breakfast is average, water park is mostly some part not working.

Hotel location and nice but everything was very old also the kids park, the room service was okay but no cleaning the floors for days! Breakfast was nice. There was a 1 kind stuff Yihe who helped us a lot.

My sons who shared the room had rashes (bed bug bites) on the first night we stayed in the hotel. We reported it immediately so reception has changed the rooms for us. But the next day there was no new rashes but the ones that was already there have inflamed and we had to go to the hospital. I explained to the reception that we were going to hospital and we were going bill the hotel for hospital bill but manager refused to accommodate explaining that bed bugs can be found in grass and the next person who checked in didnot complain. This is when i was furious, not only they didnt do proper inspection to the room but also put the next guest in, when we clearly raised our concern regarding bed bug possibility.

Due to Covid-19 outbreak in Sanya I extended my stay here. In this difficult situation how different people in this resort is helping me I have no words to say thanks to them. The duty manager “Amber”, the restaurant manager “ Jimmy”, front desk manager from Kapok Tower “Jack” and the front desk manager of our Building “Liu Fengjiao” are continuously assisting me in all matters. Don’t know how long I have to stay more here but I’m very satisfied with their attitude andI highly appreciate their efforts and hard work in making our life easier here.

Really big hotel but old . Friendly staff let us stay in bigger room . Breakfast is average Chinese breakfast. We are here during lockdown… everything is closed 🫠🫠🫠

Lovely big rooms with large balconies. Plenty of restaurants and shops to choose from. Free access to the water park and adventure playland great for kids! A shame the grounds are a little run down and still not back to 100% operational.

Sanya Bay Mangrove Resort World is a hotel complex. The park is very large. The princess room with three bedrooms and one living room is very spacious. I was surprised that they prepared hole shoes for children and adults, children's toothbrushes and bath towels, which was very warm. The housekeeper Anne was very attentive and followed up our stay experience throughout the whole process. She was in touch at any time and provided efficient service. The price-performance ratio is quite high, and the overall experience is very good. There are also water parks, adventure kingdoms, shopping streets, etc. in the hotel. When you don't want to go out, you can just walk around in the hotel. It is very convenient and suitable for family travel

The hotel has complete supporting facilities and a good environment. The rooms are clean and tidy, with a good view and convenient shopping. The housekeeper Anne provides thoughtful service. We have elderly people traveling with us, so the housekeeper Anne took special care of us. We are satisfied with the overall stay. We have stayed for several days and are planning to continue staying. I will recommend friends to choose Mangrove Tree when they come to Sanya in the future.

I booked a standard room for Little Princess for 3 nights. After placing the order, the housekeeper Anne added me on WeChat and asked me if I had any special requests in advance. The service attitude was very good! I felt like a VIP. The package includes a lot of items. The Discovery Kingdom where children play has unlimited entry and exit every day, and they can play as they please for 3 days. Amazon Water Park has 3 times for two people, and it is also unlimited entry and exit all day. Basically, you don’t need to go out if you live in Mangrove Forest, and you can play there for 3 days. There is a shopping mall downstairs from the hotel, where HM, UR and major sports brands are all available. It’s so comfortable. Although the room facilities are a bit old, they are very clean. Cleaning is done every day.
