Great location near the Leeds Bradford airport. Room was welcoming and comfortable.

Booked this hotel as had a morning flight next day. Used hotel before without any issues, Hotel is old and dirty with no lifts? at an airport hotel. Carpark is not run by hotel but is only £5 per night Restaurant is now exclusively for the guests of the hotel and has aa very basic menu with very high prices. We ate evening meal across the road at Murgatroyds Fish & Chip Restaurant & Takeaway better value and service than the onsite restaurant. We book and payed for full English breakfast but it was not available due to staff shortages ( 1 young girl by herself tying her best to run breakfast service alone) so offered continental instead, Continental breakfast (very basic) consists of toast a few pastries, jam, butter, yogurt, cereal etc. No cold meats, cheese's, fruit, etc. The few staff (possibly 2 covering hotel and restaurant) the site have are over worked but still try to make your stay as best as possible.

Just wanted to say thanks for finding my mobile - left in the airport the other day. The cabin staff reported my phone missing and the airport staff rang him back to say it had been found, so we could travel worry free. The Jet2 cabin crew were also fantastic - Thanks to Amelia on flight LS217 on 24th Feb.

The beds are so comfortable and beautiful clean, fresh bedding. Pillow fantastic. Bathroom spotlessly clean. Needed more tea, coffee and milk, I was a solo traveller but for 2 people who might arrive earlier there was only enough for one drink each.

The hotel is quite tatty with no lift. Rooms can be smelly and corridors noisy due to customers using the airport. The food in the restaurant is definitely of poor quality and every night there are various dishes not on the poor menu. Worst part is having to pay for parking. This has to be done on leaving which is easy to forget and if you do…£195 fine through the post. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

After a month in Thailand where the service is mostly polite and efficient this was rather a grim reality check on the state of “hospitality” in the UK. A pre booked taxi with Arrow cars who have the monopoly at the airport cost £15.50 for 1.1 miles!! On checking in the receptionist stayed glued to her computer and said wait a minute, I was the only guest there. The room was ok for one night. Next morning I went for breakfast and no staff were around. After a while my order was taken and the girl asked if I was ok with black pudding, I said no thanks. Sure enough I got black pudding. The morning receptionist was either on the phone or not there and never spoke to me. There is a link to Tripadvisor on the Premier feedback form I was sent. I filled it in but strangely it did not make it to Tripadvisor and I had to send one directly.

Great hotel and fantastic location for the Leeds and Bradford airport. Good basic pub food next door but some items were not available. The room was good and comfortable bed but I did not agree with the £5 tax for parking especially when we where only staying a few hours. Maybe if I was staying for the full duration of the 3pm till 11am

everything was excellent couldnt fault it at all, staff, rooms,cleanliness, food, friendly,very accommodating all round excellent we had breakfast everything you could want as much as you want cooked lovely the whole stay was great defo go back
