Had a fantastic 8 days with my family at the Alahambra Hotel. The staff and aninmation team were amazing. Brilliant energy all the time bringing lots of fun and inclusiveness. Special thanks to Lorenzo and Willy. These guys should be commended for there effort. The hotel food hasnt disappointed which an array of variety throughout our stay. We did have some issue with all 3 rooms but rhey were acknowledged when brought to attention. Thanks again guys for a fantastic experience

Just returned after a fabulous week here all of the staff were amazing need to give a special mention to Adel the lifeguard who kept pool area safe and clean, he also treated/dressed my injured toe and checked on me every day even getting me some antiseptic cream Lasso in the restaurant who made every meal special decorating our table and meeting all our needs Willy from the animation team who greeted us every morning and made our stay very enjoyable My only criticism would be could all announcements and games be delivered in English ( not just French) ,better air conditioning in the rooms and some fans in the entertainment tent

As others have said, the hotel rooms could do with a refurb which I believe they have started. The restaurant staff were absolutely lovely. My mum wasn’t feeling great during the trip and without hesitation they took it upon themselves to help her with her plates and support her to the table each day. The entertainment during the day was good, different activities going on where they were keen to get people involved. A beach at the bottom of the road with a free tuk tuk running from the hotel to the beach, although it’s easily walking distance. Good excursions going on. The guys in the hotel shop are really genuine and keen to offer help and advice about Hammamet as well as really honest prices in their shops. The rooms were fine, beds pretty comfortable, the view isn’t the best. The hotel is generally clean just a bit dated

The specific hotel resort probably had lived glorious days in the past by now needs a major renovation to maintain and justify its stars. Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds but tired materials. Amenities are minimal. Our balcony’s door locker wasn’t functional, plumbing was blocked and took ages to drain out the water. The restaurant was also average with a rude maitre who was unnecessary strict applying rules to the customers, like “ don’t take the wine glasses to the pool, use plastics’ while he thrown the cups into our faces!!!! The variety of the food was plenty but the quality was average. A happy note was the spa facility which provides excellent massage and spa service, with well trained and pleasant personnel.

The reps were very lovely and energetic - they offer lots of activities, if you like that. Brilliant with children. Great food if you are carnivorous. Lovely pool area surrounded by beautiful olive and palm trees. Fabulous massage at the spa. Excellent, friendly staff.

Fantastic holiday at an amazing hotel. Foods was fabulous but the best thing about this hotel is the animation team they are amazing. Never a dull moment. Plenty of activities and a barrel lot of fun. The team do a fantastic job. Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back again.

Excellent hotel in a great location approximately 20 minute walk to the centre. Less than 5 minute walk to the beach which was lovely. Animation team were excellent especially Lorenzo & Willy who were great fun, Lovely food and plenty of choice, waiters and bar staff were all excellent, restaurant had a lovely relaxing atmosphere outside. Adel kept the pool tidy and ensured all guests were comfortable and had what they needed around the pool nothing was to much trouble Cleaners were brilliant, rooms cleaned everyday with fresh towels. The only downfall was our air conditioning in the room didn't work after reporting 3 times it still wasn't fixed which was disappointing. There was no option of a courtesy room on the last day of check out for a shower although staff did make it possible for us to have a shower somewhere in the hotel on this occasion it would be nice to have a room for future guests to use when travelling home later in the day. Overall a fantastic hotel we look forward to returning. TIP - If you can tip the staff during your stay they work exceptionally hard and appreciate all there tips.

Good value for money and pleasant stay at this all inclusive at £315 pp. incl. flights for 7 nights. Not comparable to 5 stars elsewhere but has a lot of amenities for the price we paid. Rooms clean and cleaned daily. Outdoor and indoor pool with a sauna free to use for all guests. Paid for spa (seperate area but part of the hotel) massage and hamman. Really recommend as both were lovely. Massage also included time in an additional indoor heated sea water pool in the price . You can also pay for the sea pool for half an hour/day. Food was a good selection compared to other all inclusives but definitely catered more towards french/tunisians. Lots of choices for salad and dishes changed daily. Fish of the day, stuffed veg and kebab were favourites. Pizza served at lunch and dinner was often cold. The chef would warm it up for you if asked. Heat lamps not the best so would recommend an early seating to ensure your food is hot. Continental breakfast is good with omlettes and crepes but don't expect a full English. Dont go here if all you want to eat are burgers and chips. A conference was held for a couple of days and we noticed the lunch and dinner quality and choice increased significantly. For example prawn cocktails and shrimp were served during this time. Oranges and dates were the only fruit served except for the occasional strawberry on the chocolate puddings. Noticed no high chairs for children. They have some entertainment budget with a singer and a band playing at the weekend but I think you'd be better off getting a taxi into town as downstairs gets quite busy with families and it becomes hard to find a seat. Entertainers worked hard and constantly checked in to pass on info about the events. The wine was nice. The cocktails used cheap alcohol but this is typical with all inclusives. Wine, beer and branded soft drinks served with dinner. Hot drinks tasted weird from the machines, mint tea was lovely though. Coke zero available. Bar staff very friendly and overall service was amazing. Our stay included a complimentary visit at the a la carte restaurant but the hotel failed to tell us this was only open 2 days a week and so we were unable to go. Location is on the edge of all the resorts but still only 20 min walk from shops and a museum. What would make my review 5 stars: more entertainment in the day such as dance lessons, yoga etc.; better quality cocktails (more coconut in the piña coladas); better hot drinks; stronger heat lamps to keep food hot;more communication about the a la carte restaurant.

Great experience ! The staff was very welcoming and friendly, the food was delicious, everything was clean and in place. I recommend trying this hotel's vibe, very worth it ! 10/10 would visit again soon !
