The hotel is out dated, it is maybe a 2 star not 4 star. The doors were not secure. The sink would not drain. The room was not clean nor did it get cleaned daily. The sheets and bed were stained. The blanket had no covers and were stained so not useable. The cleaner was so rude, they wouldn’t provide towels even after requesting multiple time. Had to share a towel for days. There were cockroaches, flies and ants- had to unpack outside to ensure no bug had come along. Difficult to communicate with staff. The food was similar meal time and felt recycled from previous meals. The drinks were awful!! They were flat and had 3 choices. Male staff were friendly but avoid female staff as they were extremely rude and condescending. Would not recommend.

Had a fantastic holiday. I found the hotel lounge areas and poolside stylish and relaxing. The area of Yasmine Hammamet is attractive with lovely sandy beaches. There were lots of good food choices. Everything was very clean. All staff were very welcoming and attended to our needs but in particular the entertainment staff Mimi and YaYa made sure everyone was included and had a good time. Also they made sure to spend time with anyone sitting alone who wanted company. There are trips out which you can book with the hotel rep but we found much better value outside. Only negative was the hard pillows but then on my last day I found the softer ones in a cupboard.

The hotel had cockroaches, refugees came in spitting in pool and grabbing loads of food then leaving it. Waiters picked up grapes left to go back on the buffet. Lifts dangerous buttons hanging off and taped up with gaffa tape. Baths disgusting. Internet no connection unless in reception. Food was like slops not at all like the pictures advertised. Table with buns covered in flies. Tiles round pool cracked and bar area had chunks out of it so it was very dangerous. Staff on reception treat us like we were second class citizens. Lighting almost no existent on corridors. Paintwork smelt as though just been done and very thick. Wouldnt move us for two days as they said they were full but the guests there were paying cheap and a member of staff said they hated these people coming they get food and leave it. It said it has its own beach it was 15 mins walk and we paid a guy to go on another hotels section as it was also disgusting. Don’t trust Love Holidays

Good holiday , nice weather , really friendly staff and the animation are really special people. Mbappe is a lovely man and he is really supportive. Very cheap and cheerful holiday and it only cost £300 for a week in inclusive and the weather was still 25 degrees mid Nov.

Animation team is very entertaining and understand a variety of languages which is excellent food is not great and some of the cooking staff are very friendly good activities and always something to do the food made us sick at one point nino,peritonitis,freddie,pika mbappe are very good

I'm nearing the end of my 3rd visit to this hotel. I have returned (and will again) because in my opinion it is overall excellent. Many reviewers seem to have unrealistic expectations. It would be tiresome and unnecessary to address the petty criticisms of the 'honest reviewers' This is tunisia and the hotel offers a genuine and quality experience for those seeking an authentic experience of the tunisian culture and wonderful and hard working staff. It offers excellent value for money but sadly this seems to attract 'world travellers' whose experience and expectations seem to be based on all day english breakfasts. There is no international standard for accommodation star ratings. The hotel is comparable to any 4☆ in the UK and far exceeds most in many ways. Staff outstanding Food - excellent variety and quality at every meal. All but the most fussy guest can find something - pizza, pasta, local cuisine, salads, etc etc....all beautifully presented. Visitors expecting 'english food' (whatever that is) may be disappointed. Beans and chips aren't served and the restaurant is the better for it. ALL guests, whatever nationality are made very welcome. The hotel is constantly being cleaned. I'm a returning guest. I've never had a poor room/experience and I look forward to my next visit.

Very great entertainment team especially pika & Pepito they made it fun! Only thing I would say is the alcohol is watered down, we just bought our own vodka from the store which was cheap! Pool is very nice also. Food was okay maybe more English food for next time!

I just spend amazing two weeks in Houda hotel with my friend. All animation team is great - specially I would like to thank Pika, Nada and Mbappe to make sure to put a smile on my face every single day! :) great team and truly nice people ❤️ Ahmed as a waitress from the bar is great the rooms are clean and tidy. Unfortunately waitresses from the kitchen have the worst service I’ve never had in any hotel. They don’t have any drinks prepared and most of the time you are receiving drinks in the end of your meal, they were very rude and didn’t even clean the tables for you to have place to eat on tidy table which is a shame as the food is actually very nice and with big daily variances. Henna man is trying to scam everyone as he is taking more money for the tattoo and he is promising he will fill it in during the holidays and in the end of the trip and then you cannot find him to actually do it. One more time huge thank you to Ahmed, Mbappe, Nada and Pika - you made this holidays great ❤️

Its our second time with this hotel and in Tunisia (my boyfriend and me) and we cant recommend it enough! the animation team are brilliant, Nada is the best! so friendly and so much energy! so many activities and brilliant with kids. lots of variety of food too

Very friendly staff, animation team are great. Food is ok and our room is a very good size. Abit dated but fit for purpose and how much we paid. Kimo is good fun. Free WiFi works well in the hotel. Daily cleaning of room. Drinks are very weak so bring some more

This is certainly not a 4 star hotel. It is very tired and in need of some refurbishment. There is a medium outside pool which is not heated and far too cold to use, and a small inside pool in the spa area that was surprisingly deep. There are sports facilities and mini golf of site when when we asked about using these we were told these were summer activities only and that there was not gold clubs/balls or other equipment. There is also only one bar normally with only one person serving, all the soft drinks came from open bottles. We went in between English half term and Tunisia half term to avoid too many kids. But found the hotel very full on a few days, making meal times and trying to use the indoor pool impossible. Some of the hotel staff are very pushy, the sales reps for tui kept asking us to go on tours and carriage rides despite saying no politely several times. And the restaurant manager kept trying to seat us in a separate back room without warming, menus or even an insight into what was happening or being served. He also forced my husband to write a positive review by taking his phone and selecting the options he wanted himself. In general the meals were fine nothing spectacular and on most days there was plenty to go around, but as someone else previously said there was often no signage to what each item was or the allergens. I found on several occasions that the juice machine ran out quickly and the coffee machine tasted like bleach, and the bottled water dispenser was clearly filled with tap water and gave several people diarrhea. There was no checking in at meal times and no explanations for any of the fresh food being made for example the pasta or eggs. We didn't have any info from the front desk about facilities or even when to check out. We asked about the spa and were told to talk to the spa staff. We booked a hammam, facial and massage for €75 each, there was little to no communication and I felt uncomfortable at times. I would not recommend the facial services as they used blackhead removal tools and cut my cheeks, left me with deep gashes, large scratches that took days to heal and bruises on my nose, chin and forehead. When I tried to ask them to stop they pressed harder until I removed myself from the room. The hotel rooms were always kept clean and tidy, there were several days when our room wasn't cleaned until passed 12. The wifi was patchy at best and frustrating at times. Overall I would say this is a fine short stay budget hotel but would recommend elsewhere.

Hotel is very beautiful, the food is very tasty. Drinks at the bar are also very good. The animators group is very friendly, very nice, kind and helpful people. Mimi. Fredi and ddj mmvapi from the animators group are just the best! The waiter Maiher is very good guy. We recommend this hotel very much. Andrzej, Agnieszka and Dawid

Very friendly and fun animation good room and friendly staff nice hotel will come again food can improve repetitive area was nice and clean some excursions were ok bar staff were good nice and friendly and thanks for the group animation especially mimi and diji were very nice
