For this trip, we spent most of our time outdoors to see the blossoms. This hotel was conveniently located with the metro next door and simple local restaurant, fruit and convenient stores, and Auntea Jenny's tea shop down the street. We were on the 15th floor which gave us some view of the university in the distance. It was ideal for us.

Good room, clean enough and located right in front of subway. However, the room smelled liked cigarettes.

The Hotel is located close to Metro Station . There is variety for breakfast and the restaurant is clean.

If you want to go shopping, it’s only 2 subway stops to Wushang Dream Mall. A few more stops will take you to the Yellow Crane Tower and Wuhan Yangtze River Bridge. It’s very convenient.

I booked this hotel when I came to Wuhan University for an exam. It's very close, just a few minutes' walk. The room is quite big but the soundproofing is not very good. During lunch break, I can hear the voice of the cleaning lady in the corridor, and during the day, I can also hear the sound of cars downstairs. The facilities are a bit old, but the service is not bad. I have an exam in the morning and can delay the check-out to the afternoon.

Hygiene: Very poor. I booked a room on Ctrip for two nights on December 6th and 7th. The guest was a male college student who was going to take a national grid test. It was his first time staying in a hotel alone and he had no experience. He did not check the bedding before going to bed on the night of the 6th. After waking up after a night's sleep, he opened the quilt and found a large unidentified blood stain (like menstrual blood) on the side of the quilt that covered his body. They questioned the hotel and demanded to see the records of changing bed sheets and quilt covers as well as the surveillance video. The hotel manager had a bad attitude and bullied the male college student into letting him see the blood. He said that he had to call the police before he could see it. He also insisted that it was fresh blood. How could there be such a large bloodstain when the boy didn't have any wounds on his body? If a boy has problems, can he still take the exam? Later, we complained on Ctrip, and the hotel sent someone to try to settle the matter privately. They asked us to cancel the order on Ctrip. The hotel gave us an internal price, but we were worried that we would be infected with the virus and would not have any proof, so we did not accept the hotel's suggestion.
Facilities: Old, the tiles on the entire wall of the bathroom have fallen off;
Service: Regarding the large blood stain, Ctrip only urged the hotel to communicate with us. It did not take any action on the hotel or compensate the customers. We are very disappointed with Ctrip. I hope all netizens will avoid this hotel and do not recommend booking this hotel on Ctrip.
