Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. I went with 3 kids twins six year olds and 10 years they found a lot of thing to do it their they really enjoyed. I can’t forget the yummy food the music must visited Thanks for making our visit to Florence that much better

Nice place, good and big family room The food choices are limited and finish early I advise to take half board instead of all inclusive and take the dinner out side the hotel and take a chance to spend time out side The music activities after dinner is nice The swimming pool medium size

Please Attention... I had booked an all-inclusive package (the only one available in this app) but upon arrival, I was informed that only breakfast was included. They explained it was a mistake in the ******* app and when we called the support they said that we should've checked their website because it's indeed an error in the app. Unfortunately, NO refund was provided. It turned out to be quite an unexpected and frustrating situation.... THE WORST BOOKING WE DID THROUGH THIS APP !!

Disgusting and stinky room. Smell of cigarettes everywhere. Moistures everywhere in the room. There’s even some mushrooms coming out from the ceiling. The bathroom is really dirty. The bath color is almost yellow and it is supposed to be white.

the most bad service ever ,we make a reservation of pool access ,and when we reached the hotel they tell us that the hotel is full with carelessness They didn't respect their customers I hope they will make a better reservation system, and it will not happening again with other customers

Hotel Golden Tulip Taj Sultan Hammamet falls short in several aspects, making it a less than satisfactory experience for guests. The most notable issue is the outdated rooms that give off a strong vibe reminiscent of the 90s. The absence of double beds and the use of mediocre color combinations like green, rose, and blue fail to create an appealing ambiance, as they lack cohesion. Furthermore, the so-called "garden view" turns out to be a rooftop view, leaving guests disappointed with false advertising. The restaurant offers a diverse selection of food, but the experience is marred by long lines to access the food, and more significantly, the poor quality of the dishes. The lack of cleanliness in the dining area after meals, coupled with the occasional unpleasant smell of fish during breakfast, adds to the frustration. The hotel's service proves to be a major letdown, with staff neglecting guests' needs. Waiting for assistance for extended periods becomes a common occurrence, and even seemingly simple problems like malfunctioning room keys or faulty toilets take far too long to be addressed. The lack of responsiveness when trying to reach the hotel via phone exacerbates the issue, leaving guests feeling unattended and frustrated. The animation and entertainment provided by the hotel are also disappointing. The efforts put into organizing events and activities seem inadequate, resulting in poor-quality entertainment for guests. Parking is yet another headache at the hotel, as finding a spot for your car becomes a near-impossible task. The gardman's claim of full parking even when there might be space available adds to the inconvenience. Overall, the Hotel Golden Tulip Taj Sultan Hammamet fails to meet the expectations one would have from a 5-star establishment. The outdated rooms, unappealing color choices, lack of double beds, and the deceptive "garden view" are enough to dampen the guest experience. Moreover, the subpar food quality, cleanliness issues, unresponsive service, poor entertainment options, and parking problems all contribute to the overall negative impression of the hotel. Based on these shortcomings, it is difficult to recommend this hotel to potential guests. The lackluster experience and multiple inadequacies make it hard to believe that it even deserves a 5-star rating, as it falls far short of the standard one would expect from such an establishment.

Great place to stay, beautiful beach and view. The staff is very nice and helpful. Had a great stay!

Dirty and chaotic hotel. You cannot sleep. The sound of singing until two o'clock in the morning. I also asked them to open the safety deposit box in the rooms. They did not open it for me. After repeating the request, I could not save my money. I could not go down to the sea. The bathroom is full of water when you use it. Also, the restaurant is a very crowded mess. Outside the hotel, frankly, a very bad experience
