Staff were nice and executive lounge staff were very polite . There is a young staff at the Excutive lounge called flora. She is really friendly, professional and polite. She needs to be commended.

I should say the best part of this trip was the hotel. Staff on the front was very welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend this place if you are visiting Yantai.

My friend stayed here one days and they have a seven months baby, Dennis Wang is very nice and considerate for they, especially for my baby, he supplied a baby cot and a toy for my little baby. We will stay here again for next holiday.

A really nice hotel but it was soured by my husband being harassed. Deeply disappointed, will avoid this hotel if we visit Yantai again in the future.

酒店入住評價 優點： 絕佳景觀：房間的落地窗可以看到大海和羣山，清晨拉開窗簾就能看到日出，傍晚還能欣賞到絕美的晚霞，令人心曠神怡。 貼心服務：入住期間孩子半夜發燒，前台得知後立刻送來了體温計，並主動詢問是否需要其他幫助，讓我們感到非常温暖。 小童友好：酒店的小童游泳池水温適宜，孩子玩得非常開心。酒店還提供小童拖鞋和洗漱用品，非常貼心。 豐富早餐：早餐種類豐富，中西式都有，還有當地特色小吃，味道也很不錯，孩子特別喜歡餐廳的現做銅鑼燒餅。 這是一次非常愉快的入住體驗，酒店環境優美，服務周到，特別適合家庭出遊。雖然價格略高，但絕對物有所值，強烈推薦給帶孩子的家庭！ 期待下次入住！

出門住酒店我一般會盡量選擇大品牌的，有保障。設施完善，服務熱情，工作人員的質素都很高。餐飲與配套設施都很齊全。希爾頓旗下的所有連鎖都很好，不二選擇。front的Sally小姐姐還幫忙給升級了房型，此行享受了270度海景，住得非常舒適。感謝。Everything is perfect!

酒店位於芝罘區核心地區距離主要景點海水浴場，煙台山，所城裡，毓璜頂都很近甚至能在房間裏看到這些景點。酒店山海房配有2.4米大床親子首選，在房間和海市餐廳能俯瞰芝罘區和海邊風景，非常漂亮。酒店早餐出品也還可以就是缺少了點當地風味，自助晚餐也可以嘗試。設施方面除了電視有點老舊，地下車庫有點破舊，其他的都挑不出問題。衞生方面酒店打掃及時沒問題。服務方面辦理入住很快，前台認真回答處理提出的問題，最後一天早晨打算7點隔壁房間工作人員就進門打掃衞生開門關門很吵，反應後就沒有聲音了這個問題建議改正。要是房間迷你吧再能首輪免費就很好了。
