A bit disappointed… Called the hotel that it was my birthday and they said it’s fine and they would give me a cake for free..after arriving there, the front desk didn’t notice that and i reminded them of that

Its excellent hotel and services, they upgraded my rooms without request. Room is big and clean, facilities are goods and the breakfast was excellent, should comeback again

Near of shoppings , stores and a lot of restaurants. Very good region to walk aroud . Very near subway station. Breakfast is chinese, for me, ok.

This is worst experience for my all business trips until now. I have book the hotel with my Visa card on Trip.com website but hotel did not accept my credit card to pay all charges. Hotel stuff tried many times but thier slip machines have a problem. I am planning to use your website to book anymore if ı have to pay cash for hotel fee.
