The front desk reported that the room type we stayed in was a deluxe king-size room. After the complaint, the manager replied that the Ctrip order was cancelled and the price difference of 300 yuan per night was refunded according to the agreed price, which was 600 yuan for two nights (the amount was the same as the price difference between the deluxe king-size room and the classic king-size room on the Internet) and two breakfasts on April 6 were given. Apart from that, there was no explanation or response for the room type not matching the online one. We believe that the actual room of the hotel does not match the pictures on the Internet, which violates the Advertising Law and is suspected of defrauding consumers. We rejected the compensation given by the hotel. In addition, the shower in the room was broken and almost no water came out, so we could only use the overhead shower.
