In the morning, we booked the alpaca wake-up service, and my child was so excited to feed the alpacas. The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety and everything tasted great, highly recommend. There's also a small petting zoo within the hotel, featuring deer, ducklings, black swans, alpacas, bunnies, and more. The only downside is that my child didn't want to leave! We only explored less than a third of what the hotel has to offer. We didn't have time for the hot springs, swimming pool, or children's playground. We'll definitely be back to stay again!"

The hotel lobby is on the 5th floor, and on the ground floor, staff were constantly greeting guests, helping with luggage, pressing elevator buttons, and opening car doors. The shower pressure in the room was excellent, and the breakfast selection was quite rich, with all the essentials available and the taste being decent. My only minor complaint is that I booked a two-night stay, but housekeeping didn't make the bed as requested; it was exactly as I left it.
