The Bamboo Leaf Yangshuo

This is our second stay at bamboo leaf, we have loved the excellent quality of western food available at the hotel restaurant and good quality hotel breakfast that has both Chinese and western options. However since our previous stay 2 years ago there seems to have been a downgrade on the wifi speed, quite often it was impossible to run on our devices so most of the time we disconnected from their wifi. We stayed in a room with a bathtub however we were never able to have a hot bath as the hot water would be finished after running in 3cm of water. The location is great with a well maintained swimming pool and children’s play room, so very suitable for families.

Flawless hotel, by far the best we stayed in during our 3 week trip in China. Everything was clean, beautifully decorated and with a really nice vibe - it felt like a hotel in the Carribean / Hawaii. The service from everyone was also exceptional, the staff were super friendly, helpful and lovely, especially the ladies in the restaurant on level 6, who looked after us so well! The food in the restaurant was also excellent and we really appreciated the Western options, which really tasted lime what we'd get back at home. We had been craving that after so much time away! Free breakfast options were great and it's by far the best free brekkie we've had in china. Good views of the karst landscape as well. The reception staff staff also extremely helpful With bookings and arranging activites and transport. We also loved the free hourly shuttle into town and free bicycle rental, which made everything so convenient. Overall, the hotel felt like a luxurious oasis away and the perfect base from which to explore yangshuo.

This is a beautiful view with an incredible view from every window! Super clean rooms with luxury finishes that just make it so much better. The restaurant in the hotel is to die for, beyond delicious food, would recommend it to anyone! The staff is super helpful. We came between high seasons, normally they have a shuttle every 30 minutes, however because of when we came, it was not working but they had a solution for it, add the hotel on WeChat and message 30 minutes in advance. Beautiful pool and views. Would happily stay here again!

The hotel is perfect if you want to relax. The view is spectacular and with a nice pool to chill. It's location is separated from the city, but yet it's only a 15 minute walk. The hotel offers free shuttle service to town, you just have to book in advance within 30 minutes. The place is laowai friendly. The staff speaks good english and they go the extra mile to help you out. During the autumn festival they were very busy, yet the font desk ladies take the time to attend you in the best manner. The room is big, clean and with all amenities to have a good holiday. Totally recommended if your looking for a nice retreat close to town.

位置略偏僻，外觀略失望，但是服務很好，設施也齊全，早餐偏西式。我訂的是雙卧室的房間，各自獨立，衞生間和洗澡間連通，性價比較高。小孩喜歡他家的泳池，旁邊的農家菜也很不錯👍離西街步行20分鐘。停車有點曬，衞生方面如果把樓梯和房間陽台的蜘蛛絲網清理一下就更好了。

This place is a paradise for foreigners. Real western food, delicious breakfast. Nice and clean rooms. Nice surroundings. Great swimming pool and nice drinks. The hotel offers rides to the center and you can get a bike for free. I highly recommend this place. Staff speaks English.

Lovely staff members. breakfast is amazing and the restaurant menu is also awesome. Nice view of the mountains and the surrounding villages, only a few kilometers from downtown, about 5 minutes drive. Comfortable beds, and a lovely huge bathtub .

Great experience! The room was nice and the staff were lovely. They gave us directions to a nice waterfall hike away from the town. The food is also wonderful especially when western food in Yangshuo can be hit or miss. It’s near to Demo bar and the staff make it super easy to rent an ebike. I’ll definitely check their availability if I go back to Yangshuo.
