Great hotel with great staff and ammenities. Very confortable stay.

This is a boutique hotel, 50 steps to subway station. The staff is very friendly. The room design is very modern and nice. If you stay during winter the hot water never fail you. They have own laundry room where you can wash cloth and dry it.

Well located just outside the Xi'an city wall at Andingmen Metro Station Exit B. Very modern room utilities although the shower is a bit small. Best of all is the patience, friendliness and helpfulness of every member of the staff inspite of language difficulties. In that respect, it is one of the best accommodation experience in China regardless of price. Stayed three nights and on our departure we were presented with two beautiful souvenirs of Xi'an. What a wonderful gesture, a gift tray of snacks on arrival and a gift on departure.

一進門就能聽到問好聲，非常熱情，辦理入住時前台看我帶了兩個小孩，幫我升級了大一點房型，説是為了提升體驗感，考慮的蠻周到的，房間佈局不錯，光線也很充足，安排的房間很滿意，酒店還有機器人送東西，停車比較方便，入住期間是免費的，推薦

Exceptionally presented.However, shower drainage was blocked and so water poured out of the shower into the room. The only strange thing was a lady opened the door without permission at around 2:30pm while taking a nap,so hard that it broke the inside lock. I woke up and then she gave me an irrelevant scent for the room which was there already. I would not leave valuables there. Also, snack not to my taste only ate the peach. They will wake you up during the day, at least twice.

Absolute perfection, the hotel is a stand-Jo alone buidling without mixing with other hotels which makes it safer. check in process was smooth as well. 2 mins walk to the nearest station, close to the city wall, bicycles are just outisde. Their service are good and 24 hrs responsive. There are convenience stores next to the hotel and food stalls within walking distance. Room chosen was upgraded automatically for us. Even tho the view from the room not able to see city wall very well, but the windows are big with good lighting into the room. No complains there. AI smart function useful as well. Room clean and modern. Will come here again and recommend friends/international travellers here.

I had a few problems at the hotel, but my overall experience was ok. The staff were super kind and willing to help. The first issue was with the air conditioning. I’d put the temperature on 20°C (which is the lowest, according to the staff), but it never reached that, the lowest it got on the room was 24°C. If you like a cooler place, maybe that’s not a great option for you. The second one was with the shower. On my second day there, I went to take a shower around 7:40 am and it was super hot, the water wouldn’t cool down no matter what, when I turned the tap to cold, the water would stop. I was quite in a hurry that day, so I didn’t want to waste time talking to the staff about it and ended up not inquiring about this issue. Another con is that there is no minibar in the room, which would’ve been pretty helpful to preserve food (since the hotel doesn’t provide breakfast), especially with the air conditioning problem. The lightning is also kind of bad, so the rooms is a bit dark. The pros are the location of the hotel, which is pretty good, right next to a subway station, and the staff. Once I arrived, they sent welcoming snacks to my room. If you can’t speak mandarin or don’t understand what they’re saying, they’ll do their best to talk to you, even if it requires the use of a translator app. The hotel provides an afternoon tea and a night snack daily.
