Sangat puas, sarapannya lengkap, tenang dan bersih, laundry room dan gym sangat nyaman digunakan Sebelum perjalanan, saya khawatir kolam renangnya tidak dibuka. Saya check in hanya setelah konfirmasi, tapi saya hanya berkunjung satu kali. Cuaca agak dingin hari itu.

Pelayanan hotel bermerek ini sempurna, tersedia tempat parkir gratis, layanan meja resepsionis hangat dan penuh perhatian, dan kamar dibersihkan tepat waktu setiap hari. Lokasi dan harganya sungguh sepadan. Anda dapat mencoba berbagai hidangan lezat di daerah sekitar dan berjalan-jalan ke Menara Lonceng dan Gendang di malam hari untuk menikmati pemandangan malam dan melihat keindahan Dinasti Tang. Pengalaman check-in sangat bagus, mudah untuk memanggil taksi, dan ada stasiun kereta bawah tanah tidak jauh dari sana, jadi saya tinggal beberapa hari lagi.

We booked the family room and the kids loved it. The room was spacious and clean, the staff was helpful, professional and spoke good English. The hotel is situated in the very centre of Xi’an, within a few metres from the metro station. The coffee and the buffet breakfast were excellent.

This hotel is very near the Muslim street and within walking distance to the Bell Tower, Drum tower and Old Mosque. There are lots of places to buy street food near the hotel. The hotel kindly upgraded our room and gave us free breakfast.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the location was very convenient.

Excellent hotel. Very friendly staff who helped with an early check-in. The pool was clean and the laundry facilities very good. Location is perfect, just next to the metro. The hanfu rental shop is also located in the hotel and very good value for money. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful experience! The front desk are really friendly and polite. They upgraded my room for free, from a deluxe queen room to an executive room. Excellent location within the city walls, with the drum and bell tower nearby! Lovely street food nearby. Only con is they speak limited English, and were unable to assist with some basic requests due to misunderstandings.

Nice hotel in the center of the city

Hotel is very centrally located. A good breakfast with a lot of choice. To us as Europeans some things were strange though. We stayed on the 11th floor, but the elevator only goes up to the 10th floor. They offer to take the service elevator to bring up your suitcases though. The swimming pool is a public pool where you have access to when visiting the hotel. This has 2 dressing rooms, one for male and one for female. We had an inflatable ball, but little space to use it as they were giving swimming lessons and were asked to stop playing with it.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The location is great, right next to a metro station and a lot of food stalls and restaurants. The only downside was the pool. It‘s a public pool where you have to walk out of the hotel across a parking lot. You need to bring or buy a bathing cap to enter…
