The room is very satisfactory. I have lived here for a few days. It is very good. Parking is free and very convenient.

Simply Wonderful. Complimentary upgraded to a bigger room. Free laundry. Comfortable. Convenient.. bus station is just in front of the hotel. Will recommend to friends and family.

Upon arrival, the floor of the room was extremely sticky. Every step we would take our shoes would stick to the floor. This gave us no comfort that the room had been cleaned thoroughly. As we had arrived after midnight, we had no choice but to clean it ourselves. Service in lobby are helpful though.

Be careful, this store can have a rating of 4.7. Oh my god, this is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in Xi'an..
