I recently had a wonderful stay at Four Points by Sheraton Hangzhou, Binjiang. The hotel offers spacious and comfortable rooms with all the necessary amenities to ensure a relaxing experience. The staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and always willing to assist, making me feel right at home. The location is excellent, providing easy access to the city’s key areas while offering beautiful views of the Qiantang River. Hotel property becomes old , rooms need renovation, very good for Indian traveller as Indian restaurant in the same premise .

Location, room comfort, hotel condition I'm a satisfactory stay because of the friendly staff, the check-in and check-out process does not take long. the room is very comfortable, spacious and tidy, cleanliness is emphasized very well.

excellent service. we love staying here. the pool is huge. got a free upgrade at checkin to a suite. breakfast is also fresh and very good.

Nice people working in the hotel, always friendly. Buffet is pretty good, breakfast has many choices available. Room a bit old.

I attended the 2022 Global English Education China Assembly. All the facilities for the hotel, dining, and conference were excellent. Beds were very comfortable. I was able to use the pool. Everyone was helpful and efficient. There was easy access to other dining, the Metro, and shopping.

The hotel's atrium lobby bar and spiral staircase are well designed. Although a bit old, the hardware and software are up to four-star standards. Except for the breakfast, everything else is generally OK!

Among all the revamps of the Marriott brand, I think Four Points by Sheraton is the most successful. Although the design styles of each store of the original SPG brand were different and varied, there were not many that were as eye-catching as the Four Points by Sheraton Heyuan Bavaria Manor. Most of them were older business styles but not as luxurious as the old Sheraton. And now? A unified American retro industrial style template is used, and each store is allowed to have a little bit of its own expression. Although the results show that there is a serious homogeneity, this style itself is beautiful and durable, and it is not easy to make mistakes. Even though I have stayed in many renovated Four Points, I still don’t feel aesthetic fatigue. I don’t want to copy a certain Ritz-Carlton, but at least looking at it makes me happier. This is said to be the first Four Points by Sheraton in Zhejiang.

Sheraton has never let me down. I couldn't help but take a few photos to comment. It's great! The location of this hotel is very good. The surrounding is quiet. It costs more than 30 yuan to take a taxi from Hangzhou East Station. It costs 20 yuan to go to Zhejiang Provincial Museum. It costs more than 40 yuan to go to Lingyin Temple. It costs more than 30 yuan to take a taxi from Lakeside Pedestrian Street. The three of us always take taxis wherever we go. It is more convenient and saves money than taking the subway. The doorman helped to open the door and take the luggage when getting on and off the bus. The front desk service is also very thoughtful and polite. Seeing that there are three of us and the room only has breakfast for two people, they sent one more person. The room is very clean, the breakfast is very rich, and there are many choices. The room of Sheraton is large, and the double bed is 1.37 meters long, which is very good. It is not crowded for two people to sleep. I like it! I like it! I will always recommend it to my friends and hope that Sheraton will continue to do better.

The hardware facilities are not as good as new hotels, but at least it is a four-star hotel, luxurious and complete, with everything you need, including swimming pools and gyms. Compared to newly renovated hotels, at least there is no formaldehyde pollution; The software facilities are worthy of praise. The hotel front desk saw that we had two adults and two children, and actively and enthusiastically helped us upgrade to two 2-meter large beds, which was very practical and considerate. They also gave us toothbrushes and slippers for the children. 👍Thank you very much🙏. The service staff provided timely service during the few days of stay. Once I called, it was arranged quickly, which was very considerate.
