Beautiful hotel with an offbeat location from the main town. Service was ok

This place is way too expensive for what they offer. The location isn’t great, it’s located next to a 7/11 but there’s not really anything else around. It’s across from the water but no beach. There’s a jacuzzi tub on the balcony, that doesn’t work. Very little help from front desk staff.

the room bed was awful and stained badly... the receptionist insisted they were clean but then I took snaps and told her I will post this ... so she changed there are no in room phones to call the receptionist or anyone... you have to climb down stairs for this there is no elevator the jacuzzi room booked wasn't working " all they said was sorry they can't do anything" even worse !! the receptionist named "Aye Mi " was very unprofessional and didn't even know we had a booking there, when we extended our stay online which she had said to do the same day, she still dint access the booking emails and took our luggage off while we were at an event, after reaching and arguments she finally gave us another room by apologising

The room is funny. There is a bathtub in front of the room. The bathroom is transparent and you can see everything. 😆

Great place, would definitely come back again. Stylish, cozy, clean rooms. Cleaning every day. Towels, bed linen in perfect condition. For those who may be bothered by street noise, I recommend a room with a view of the mountains, it is very quiet on this side. Friendly staff, will help with any questions👍👍👍

Instead of the booked room they put me in another one, far from the beach and all the cafes and restaurants, I don't recommend it to anyone

The hotel is located near the road, it is impossible to sleep, it is very noisy, you have to walk 20 minutes to the sea along the road, there are no sidewalks, you can cross the road, but I do not recommend swimming, stones and shallows, the views of the sea in the morning are excellent. The mattress in the room was killed, in the middle there was a dent, There are no basic things in the room, shampoo, shower gel, slippers, etc. The guy at the reception is great, speaks good English and is customer-oriented. At the stated prices, the hotel clearly does not pull the price-quality ratio, the price is at least twice as high. In Patong, there are simpler hotels, but with better service, location and attention to detail.
