I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was spotless, well-appointed, and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. Great hotel Good value for money Ideally situated for restaurants, night life, and beach within easy walking distance. The hotels location ensures no noise from the near nightlife. Would recommend this hotel to both singles or couples

We had a very good stay. A group of 9 of us. Easy check in / out.. loverly garden and location . Will stay again on our next visit...thank you to all your staff

When we arrived, they had booked up fully so sent us to another property they owned, Tanya samui holistic retreat which was a 15 min drive from Lamai beach, a nicer accommodation with a huge pool and amazing bedrooms also a great gym we could use! It was a bit far out we had to rent a motorbike from them but at least they did not cancel our accommodation on us and instead upgraded us to this nice room with huge pool. It is a retreat centre so can feel empty and out of place but was happy with it.

Located in the center of Lamai, 5 minutes walking to the beach. Very friendly staff.

Good reasonably priced place in great location

It was a good location but a very budget hotel. Although there was no smoking in the rooms it was aloud on the verandah’s so the whole place stunk of cigarettes the whole time. The beds were also very hard and uncomfortable. Would not recommend

Good quality/price

Standard hotel, located among bars, cafes and restaurants, massage parlors and 5 minutes from the beach, a shop in 2 minutes, minus a lot of mosquitoes! And noise at night until 2am. The room was cleaned once every 3 days, hung a sign for cleaning, more often was not required, because there was 1, the cheapest at that time when booking on tripcoin, took 600 baud.

Overall not bad, you can live, in the evenings you can hear the bass of the music, there were a lot of mosquitoes in the shower that bit. The air conditioner is old. I do not recommend it for a long term.

I chose this hotel because of the location, good price and outdoor pool. I couldn't swim because on the first day it was covered in leaves, on the other days it was raining. We got a room on the second floor, with a view of the garden. The room itself is not bad, but it is very dark. There is no space in the bathroom to wash properly. The shower is just attached to the toilet, there is very little space.

A wonderful cozy green hotel, clean rooms, comfortable bed, firm mattress, new bed linen. They put bottled water every day, the girls at the reception are very helpful - they gave us mugs and a kettle and we made coffee in the morning)
