Service: Very bad. I haven't stayed at a Ramada hotel for a long time. If I remember correctly, this hotel is famous for its service. This time I stayed in a fast chain hotel. There is no problem with that. But the current service is not as good as that of a small hotel that costs more than 100 yuan. It rained one day during my stay and it was very cold outside. I didn't want to go out to eat, but I happened to have a lunch box, so I wanted to heat it up and have a quick bite. I went to the front desk to ask if there was a microwave, and they said no. I was very angry at the time, but the hotel didn't have this service facility, so I didn't say anything. I just wanted to have a simple meal when I got to the room, but I found that there were no chopsticks. I asked the front desk if they had disposable chopsticks. The front desk told me that there were no chopsticks. I was very angry at the time because the hotel provides breakfast service and it is impossible that there are no chopsticks. Seeing that I was very angry, the front desk clerk asked a robot to bring me a pair of chopsticks (placed in an open robot), which were not even as good as those in a 100-yuan small hotel.
Facilities: I can understand the budget hotel. No matter how the market changes, there is nothing wrong with transformation. But what is needed for speed is simplicity and convenience. Please look at your passenger elevator. Managers use it every day. Don’t you see it?
Facilities: There is no paper and pen in the room, and the quality of toilet paper is extremely poor. Is this reducing costs and increasing efficiency?

Finally, let me talk about the price. I stayed for two nights and the total cost was over 800 yuan according to Ctrip. But **'s group purchase is only 288 per night, and I can choose the date I want to stay. Operating like this will definitely not lead to good results.
