the staff speaking very rude . they are misbehave and not treat properly . not like this property and not recomended

the hotel is good but the service is not good the front desk is not that friendly

Good location

最初はアメニティが足りなかったですが、フロントに伝えると快く渡してくれました。スタッフは皆優しく、特に夜にいた掃除スタッフの男性が良かったです。困っていると話しかけてくれて部屋の場所を丁寧に教えてくれました。

I flew out early morning and they were more than accommodating to my needs. There was a taxi cab waiting for me when I got down to the lobby. Room was great enjoyed having the separate room.

Staff was excellent, very welcoming. Pool was a little dirty, but satisfied with our stay. Will stay in this property again, if visiting Calgary.

The room was not ready when we arrived at 345pm even thou check in is at 3pm. The room had no extra towels for jacuzzi we had to ask got told sorry they missed them . The room was right by elevator and we had a jacuzzi suite which we requested NOT be in main traffic area

The place is amazing! We are a family of 6, and the room we got is comfortably fits in the room. Staff are great, the front desk, the cooks at the breakfast and definitely the housekeeping team. Thumbs up! For a great team work, we definitely recommend this hotel to everyone! Superb!!! Highly recommend. We will surely comeback to this hotel!

Disgusting hotel....our toilet was plugged and the person they sent up unplugged our toilet then washed off the plunger in our bathtub and walked down the hotel and into the levator with the plunger dripping!!!! Disgusting!!!!! Seriously....maybe carry a bucket with the plunger inside???

We have stayed here 3 times before in the past with no issue. What we like is the fact that a free "shuttle service" to and from the airport is offered. This last time, we arrived back from our trip around 11 pm after travelling all day. When we called for a shuttle they said to take a cab and they would reimburse the driver when we arrived at the hotel. They also mentioned that the boiler was not working and there would be no hot water. If that was an issue they could cancel the hotel room free of charge. We had parked our vehicle close to that hotel for the week with the idea of staying there the night we returned then driving home the next day. Once we arrived we decided not to stay due to no hot water available still. The hotel would not cover the cab ride as we decided to cancel our reservation. They said they had tried to notify us that day, yet no call or message was left on my phone. I realize that under normal circumstances a hotel will not cover a shuttle ride if the client was not going to use their hotel. However, the fact that this was a hotel issue, boiler issue, and we were not previously notified of that issue, I believe they should have covered the cost of the shuttle ride, cab ride, back. If I would have been told the shuttle ride would not have been covered, I'm sure I could have found a neighboring hotel that we could have stayed at and a shuttle ride provided free of charge. I paid the cab driver and we found a different hotel. Client lost.

Like the fact it was for the most part very clean. Like the breakfast feature in the morning very handy.

I was witness to an emergency situation that thankfully turned out well for the person involved, due to the quick action of staff, especially a wonderful woman named Terry (kitchen staff). She took special care of this person before, during and after EMTs arrived, like she would a family member. After making sure this person would be o.k, Terry went right back to work making sure other guests had everything they needed. I think she deserves a paid day off. This hotel is lucky to have her, well done!

Quick overnight due to weather and having to drive to Calgary to catch a plane from yyc as the cold cancelled flights from yeg. Had no chance to use amenities but the room was nice.
