Very new hotel under Holiday Inn brand, supposed to be a great hotel next to the airport, but operations killed this hotel. Hope they can solve all problems asap.
Just opened in Mar 2025, but there were multiple basic problems.
The biggest problem is their air-conditioning. Set at the absolute lowest 16oC with the biggest fan mode but the room does not cool down even after a few hours. The technicians came but didn't solve the problem. They mentioned they cannot do anything, and they are the only 2 technicians that day and they have been fixing curtain problems all day. Technicians came at 12+am.
Spent the night with a stuffy room, sweating even with a t-shirt and short pants in Wuhan March weather.
Customer service is not bothered to solve any problems for us.
Secondly, the air contains smell from renovations, maybe toxic gas is still around, in the room. Seems like the hotel isn't bothered and rushed into the opening. Requested for air purifier. Hope that this will reduce toxic air breathed in.
Lastly, their shower hose is leaking. Can refer to photos.
All in all, multiple basic problems which are critical are present.
Recommend everyone to stay somewhere else first. Maybe wait a few months before staying in this hotel, for your own safety and comfort.
