Premier Inn Worcester City Centre

El hotel genial, ubicación perfecta, desayuno muy bueno. Muy limpio, camas comodos y personal muy atento.

Hotel very dirty, Rats in car park, rusty bathroom bin, orange plug holes, toilet still dirty from last guest, dusty bathroom vent, room smelt like cigarette smoke, corridor smelt damp/wet dog (level 1) no net in bed window, staff on desk not interested when I reported and ask to be moved was told hotel was full yet when I looked online I could book a room for that night so was lied to.

Conveiently located in Worcester, lots of places to eat and drink locally. Great breakfast at the hotel restaurant. Disappointing that there was a charge of £10 to check in 20 minutes before check in time at 3.00pm and there is no discount for parking at the hotel.

This was the worst Premier Inn experience I ever had. I previously stayed in many other of their hotels, and they were all great. This one was awful. Smelt of mold throughout the hallways, the room smelled of rotten onions, it was not cleaned properly, rusty bins and smelly everywhere. Soap dispenser dirty too, floors not vacuumed, overall just not the best of experiences. I would not return to this location again.

I stay in Premier Inn around 15/20 a month up and down the country, this is my first visit to this Premier Inn and I am simply amazed with the friendliness of Tobie who is the manager. We had an issue with our booking (our fault) and Tobie sorted this without judgement or hassle. Purpose of our stay was for my birthday that my partner had arranged for me and the team noticed this and once we had got into our room there was a knock on the door and a member of the team gave me a little note to say Happy Birthday with a bar of actually my favourite chocolate, such a wonderful touch. Thank you to Tobie and the Team. Fingers crossed in the future I’ll be able to stay again.

Very comfortable stay for five nights after Christmas. Great nights sleep in the comfortable bed in a well equipped Premier room with views over the cricket ground. All the staff were polite and helpful but one member of staff in particular, Marzena, went the extra mile to make us feel welcome as valued guests. Thank you and well done!
