El hotel genial, ubicación perfecta, desayuno muy bueno. Muy limpio, camas comodos y personal muy atento.

Booked a v nice room for an overnight stop in Worcester at the Premier Inn that’s built into the Worcs County Cricket club at New Rd Did everything I expected - nice room overlooking the cricket ground, self service check-in that worked, very comfortable bed, plenty of adjacent parking

Good points first, the hotel was fine, our room had a lovely view of the cricket pitch and the staff were friendly and as helpful as the company was prepared to let them be. Ok I have said my stay was terrible, this is because Premier Inn have decided to remove the option of bed raisers in the adapted rooms, so if you need this option forget Premier Inn as it is a nationwide policy. Prior to booking I was told the new beds are 6cm higher than the old, they aren't if anything they are slightly lower. The receptionist offered to transfer us to a standard room as these have higher beds but as I need an adapted bathroom this wasn't an option for me. Although we had booked 2 nights we checked out after one as the transfer to the bed was an accident waiting to happen. So until this policy changes there will be no more Premier Inns for me.

This hotel is a good position but that’s it the room was red hot and the breakfast was the worst I have ever had first no orange juice and the full English was terrible stone cold and all ingredients were below standard fir £69 was a rip off wasn’t worth £2 get better in the town never again

Amazing location, overlooking Worcester cricket ground and next to the river. Comfortable room, excellent food and staff. Can highly recommend.

Stayed as next to the cricket ground to watch for a day but also working in the area. Trying to get to sleep was very difficult - noises from air-conditioning or something above the room (without our room air-con being switched on). It sounded like being on an aeroplane, along with being next to a noisy fridge at the same time. Also, couldn't open a window for any fresh air. Take ear-plugs if staying at this premier inn.

We visited this hotel for our children to attend an important competition and the night before there was a concert outside our hotel window. We were not informed of this and it kept our children up until late. I complained about this to Premier Inn customer services and they did not even respond. We have stayed in many Premier Inns but will keep away and give money to hotels that understand customer service.

Cracked socket next to my daughters room H&S issue which should not be raised by customer, hair in bathroom, decor needs attention.

Excellent position with clean rooms great staff and lovely breakfast. Nice bar with views over the cricket ground
