The mattress on the sofa bed was stained with what looked like blood. It looked like someone had tried to clean it but it was still very visible in 2 places

The front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The bed was a bit hard. My only complaint is that there wasn’t a drink machine on the floor. Overall, a good value and a good night.

The blackout curtains were not built to close and the spotlight was directly outside the window for room 211. The room was also directly above the automatic doors and they were making noise all night long. The hotel staff was very friendly and attentive. This was just the wrong room for someone needing a good night sleep.

Our heat did not work. The front desk clerk came in and tried to fix it, but was unsuccessful. She claimed there were no more rooms. She offered a refund, but I had to try to find another room at 11pm. So we ended up staying.

Everything was nice. The only problem I had was with the associate who completed my check-in. He profiled me as a local resident and told me that locals come and trash the rooms. I have nothing to do with whatever someone else does. I just wanted to provide my wife with a stay-cation after a long work week.

I had a very nice stay. The staff that I interacted with was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good with nice options. The room was pretty clean and comfortable. I did find it odd that I could not watch the television while seated on the sofa, it could only be viewed from the bed. My only other issue was that the drapes did not close completely, allowing lights from the parking lot to come into the room when it was time to sleep. I would have no problem staying again on a future visit to the area.
