Ulasan SureStay Hotel by Best Western Williams

I booked this hotel online through the app Trip.com. When accessing the pet policies, it lists the fee of $15 per pet per day. When I arrived at the hotel I was told that the fee was $20, I said that when I booked the room online the price listed was $15. She pointed to the sign in the office that read pet fee $20. Their cancellation policy for this booking on my confirmation is “This booking cannot be modified, and no refund will be given if you cancel it.” So now I’m stuck, I can’t cancel and it irritates me that I have to pay a fee at all. Seems that I can’t modify the booking, but they can. Secondly, another reason for the low rating is although the room was clean there was a water leak coming from the unit above. Whenever the occupant above would use the washroom, liquid would drain from the ceiling into the tub.

Don’t even bother staying in this dirty place, so sad the app doesn’t take video I have a bunch of them showing how bad it is

The room was great and plenty of parking, really close to the freeway. I was really happy with the price ass well. I would definitely stay again if needed.

Few things could make this place worse. Dirty and completely useless services. Charged as a walk up WHEN I MADE A RESERVATION. A month later and Parker the manager still hasn't refunded me even though BW can SEE the duplicate charge. Unreal. Literally stole my money from my credit card. Do not give this place any business.

Clean and quiet place right off the 5 freeway👍 comfortable bed and nice furniture.

Lots of Bugs and spiderweb’s and we also found a Syringe in one of the beds wich means that they didnt clean the room and very dirty and nasty.

Breakfast consisted of cereal with no itinecils, bread without butt or jelly and no knife, coffee that came out looking more like 20 year old oil. Staff acted like they didn’t want to be there and you need a heavy duty 4 wheel drive to get to the property due to the massive potholes.

Not exotic but all the necessities were there. We were on the side away from freeway so it was quiet.

The rooms are very clean and the place is quiet we had a great breakfast also

First off, the gentlemen checking me in was friendly and courteous and helpful. Unfortunately that’s the only bright spot. Upon entering the room, reeking cigarette smell (it’s a non-smoking room), floors and surfaces are tacky. I checked in latw night and left as soon as I wake up the next day, since that’s all I need it for. Thinking of it… i’d be better off driving 7 miles north and sleep in my car in the rest area…

Not a bad hotel considering the price. Some newer fittings (lights, mirror, flooring, heating) some old (eg tile). Little bit of mold on bathtub cieling. Did hear the cats once that others have mentioned.

Standard accomodations. Price is right for property. Very good bed. Quiet.
