I have always liked Baymont Inn but since they were bought by different owners it has changed. The Internet did not work in the rooms the last two times I stayed there and I go to Wichita for work. Also the TV channels are geared for men. There were no good channels on the program they have. The rooms are clean

I have stayed there a few times this year each time the bed is hard as a rock and the room is decently cleaned. The kitchen area has been a little dirty like they didn’t mop the floors and there are some spots on the walls like somebody shook a pop, and let it explode. We did not have breakfast there because it wasn’t ready when we needed to leave for tournaments and the worst part is if you need ice you have to go and find somebody to ask to get you a cup of ice because they don’t have an ice machine available for guests.

Stayed here for the weekend while my daughter had a competition. They don’t tell you the hidden fee of $50 then it gets reimbursed 3-5 business days. When I called to let them know we were going to be there at 9pm they said they would hold the room. If I hadn’t called at 3 (normal check in time) would they have given my room away? I felt safe and it was within reason.

No one came for trash, took deposit after i made sure everything was how we got it, hair all over bathroom

Check staff was untrained and very odd. There were no hand or bath soaps in the room. Some of the electrical outlets did not work

Very few TV shows, image on TV was bad. Person at front desk stepped away for too long, nobody available when needed to check out right away. Gaps on door are too wide you can hear lots of noise during the night.

The staff is super nice, they have easy access to their fitness and washer/dryer areas, my room was really clean and comfortable and it was close to many places you might need or want to visit.

The hotel room was very clean. It had a kitchenette with basic pots, pans and dishes for cooking. An apartment sized refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, stove with an oven. There was a dishwasher as well as cleaning supplies. The breakfast was great! You had scrabbled eggs, sausage patties and waffles for the hot breakfast as well as the usual instant oatmeal, bread, bagels, yogurt and juice. The staff was very friendly and polite. The room was also handicap accessible with a roll in shower. The room had a king sized bed, couch and chair with a foot stool. My only complaint is there was a sign saying you couldn't take breakfast back to your room. This ment my mother was unable to have breakfast as in the morning she has trouble walking and getting around. I did not ask for an exception to made in her behalf. I also have social anxiety so it's hard for me to have to eat alone when others are in the dining room however I lucked out and was alone in the dining room when I had breakfast. Overall I highly recommend this hotel and will stay there again.
