Ulasan Quality Hotel Melbourne Airport

Saya berulang kali mengonfirmasi dengan Ctrip bahwa ada anggota staf yang bisa berbahasa Mandarin di meja depan, dan kemudian menelepon dalam bahasa Inggris untuk menanyakan apakah ada anggota staf yang bisa berbahasa Mandarin untuk berkomunikasi dengan saya secara langsung. Sikap saat check in sangat buruk, acuh tak acuh dan ceroboh. Satu-satunya hal yang patut dipuji adalah pengemudi yang menjemput dan menurunkan bandara sangat baik. Kebersihan: Tak perlu dikatakan, tidak mungkin mengganti sprei. Ada noda yang tidak diketahui di sprei dan sarung bantal. Setelah melihatnya, saya ingin membalikkan badan dan tidur. Entah sudah berapa tamu yang tidur dengan mereka, tapi belum diganti. Masalah sarung bantal rusak ini juga pernah diangkat di ulasan sebelumnya. Harganya tidak murah di Melbourne, pelayanan dan kebersihannya tidak sebaik guest house terburuk, jauh lebih buruk dari hotel dengan harga yang sama. Saya tidak akan menilainya dengan mudah membantu semua orang menghindari petir. Kalau mau naik pesawat di bandara sebenarnya tidak perlu tinggal dekat bandara. Seperti saya, saya mengeluarkan harga mahal dan ditipu untuk satu malam. Skybus sangat nyaman dan bisa diantar langsung ke pintu terminal penumpang.

The check-in process was efficient and welcoming, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The room was impeccably clean, well-appointed, and surprisingly quiet given its location. I appreciated the modern amenities and comfortable bed, which made for a restful stay.

Has had a major makeover since last stay. Rooms updated well. Very clean and friendly

Efficiently picked up at MEL airport in comfortable van, taken to hotel reception, received by courteous helpful receptionist in a modern elegant reception area, bags taken to room and settled in to a modern, clean and comfortable room. Freezing Melbourne weather outside but warm and comortable inside. The only drawback is no restaurant at weekends but plenty of options in the neighbourhood, otherwise why would you want to stay anywhere else ?

All complete and near to Melbourne Airport. My family stay for one day before our departure early morning. They have 24 hrs shuttle to airport. It very convenient.

Excellent service.surroundings were quiet and refreshing. Excellent housekeeping services and facilities provided in room was above my expectations.Delicious food and free drop off to airport.over all excellent and highly recommend to everyone visiting Melbourne.👍.

Excellent location based on requirements. Close to airport and room, although small was comfortable. It was a place to crash and feel relaxed for an early morning flight o/seas.

Very close to the airport, very good for people who arrive late or need to catch early flight

The service was fabulous everyone was very friendly.The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.I would recommend this hotel to friends.

Perfect spot to stay as we had to drop the car at Andrews airport parking it’s walking distance to shops and food

When we arrived we were told that we were upgrade to an executive twin suite because there was 3 of us and they though we would need a big room which was very nice and thoughtful of them.The room was clean and nice, the service was great.
