The room was spacious and the breakfast buffet was great. If you like Chinese food, that is. The price was a bit too high considering its offering, location, and services.

Staff is super helpfull and friendly, Breakfast had many options to choose from. They have an option for laundry service. Many nice restaurants and shops nearby. Quiete and peacfull area near Westlake.

Staff were friendly at checkin. Location is convenient and many restaurants around the area. Breakfast was nice with many options to choose from. The room could be cleaner but otherwise it was a good stay.

The room is clean, the breakfast is rich, the parking is convenient (there are charging stations nearby!). The little robot food delivery service makes the children very happy. The restaurant is on the 5th floor and has a terrace. You can dine outside when the weather is good. The sun in March is warm~

The room was generally good, the front desk staff was polite and patient in solving problems. It was very convenient to be next to the stadium for watching concerts. They even prepared porridge for us when we came back very late after the concert. I felt very warm and would stay here again if I had the chance!

I stayed here to watch Zhang Huimei's concert. I think the overall experience and service are quite good. The hotel service attitude is also very good. The only drawback is that the air conditioning in the room is too stuffy and the adjustment seems to have some problems, but apart from this, everything else is really great. Atour is really my first choice for traveling in mainland China.
