Kebersihan bilik kurang.bau yang tidak menyenangkan..kemudahan lift xde.agak menyusahkan nak bwk beg naik tangga.pasti x akak repeat

Probably one of the best budget hotels I have ever stayed and I would definitely recommend it to my families and friends. It is such a pleasant experience staying overnight in the hotel.

The room got a strong smell once we enter the room and is not “clean” . The whole night I didn’t get to sleep well at all. Location is ulu too. But nearby a lot of food to eat. That the only points to stay if u brave enough to sleep in the room.

The hotel is near to the city, cheap, comfortable. Suitable for single or couple travel.

Overall good & nice only the location far from the city but surrounding areas able to find many local foods and shops will come back again.

Overall good bargain for their price point, and fully digitalised check in and check out system. Quite far off from the woodlands causeway and the drive to the hotel is rather dangerous at night. Careful drivers only please! Room is considerably clean but do not believe in windows room, because absolutely no sunlight streams in from it (fake windows). Soundproofing was terrible and we totally could hear what our neighbours were talking about through the night, so if you’re looking for a quiet soundproof room you might want to try elsewhere. Although some efforts were made to prevent falls (like putting up a sign that says floor is slippery, mind you the floor was really smooth and slippery like my mirror at home), but may I suggest for some anti-slip mat/ anti-slip solution treatment, or simply some grab bars installed to prevent someone from head injury after losing their balance.

Im being charge with tourism tax and im Malaysian. They keep on blaming my reservation setting. Terrible experience. I end up paying something that i shouldnt be paying.
