The location was great - right off the 219, very close to grocery stores, restaurants and neighborhoods. I appreciated the hot breakfast and 24 hour coffee service. The room itself was pretty standard; however, it was cold, difficult to heat up and lacked an extra blanket. The hotel was quite dirty, such as dried chunks of dirt in the ice machine room, unvacuumed common hallways and elevators. I found the staff to be friendly and generally helpful, including the night shift front desk person offering to bake a batch of cookies!

We had a spectacular time, the towels were brought in to the pool when we were in the pool. When we took the card to get into pur room, it wouldn't let us, so I took it down. One lady swiped the card and from then on it worked.. and we did see two deer right outside our hotel ❤️ A++++

Late night traveler. Hotel conveniently located off the highway. Nice clean spacious rooms. Breakfast was good and staff were more then helpful

Fairly clean an quiet. Room 419 had a few small maintenance issues, but nothing to deter us. More like nuisance items. (Faucet spout was spinning loose, shades wouldn't close all the way because of an incorrect previous repair.) We have stayed here before and will again. It is our go to place in the Buffalo area.

I arrived in Buffalo late in the evening and needed to work the next morning. Check in went really quickly but when I got to my room, it wasn’t what I requested. I went back to the front desk and Derrick was very accommodating. He reassigned me to an upgraded room. Everything was clean and comfortable. It was a great stay at a great price!
