Everything was fine except the noise. We had a bottom floor unit and it was right by the stairs. People were walking around upstairs and going up the stairs way into the late night. It was a Friday night. The television sound cut out after every third word that was spoken. The television was nice and big just bad sound.

Newly update and clean room. Loved the porch and view of the river. spacious room. Looks like a lot of remodeling has taken place and definitely added to enjoying the space.

Stay here!! What a beauty place! We had a king room looking right onto the river with a gorgeous covered balcony with chairs to watch the otters! Room was updated and HUGE. Super clean and large updated bathroom. What a great change from some of the dumps we have stayed in along our road trip. Great pricing too! This place is a gem

Beautiful waterfront property that makes for a quiet coastal getaway. Not much to do in the area in the off-season- which is why we go! Safe, quiet with plenty of dining options and some cute local shops.
The property is under construction and I think it's great that they're working on making the rooms even nicer. The lobby area is nice coffee bar is REALLY lacking; this is easily forgiven and is a good excuse to support the local coffee shop(s).
We love this place for its quiet and relaxing features.

Great place to stay in Gold Beach! All rooms have a water view. Very friendly, helpful staff. Hotel is undergoing major renovations.
