Just stay away Not sanitary at all, very run down…the outside of the building is very misleading. I can’t believe they are trying to charge $80+ a night for this, Milwaukee has no shortage of hotels do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else. I asked for utensils just to see what they would give me for the room, the skillet was rusted out with scratches and the room was no better.

Very rude staff Hotel just has bad odor Manager cola needs more training and needs to listen and accommodate her guests I stayed about a year ago and the manager was a different woman who was kind and extremely friendly and really appreciated her guests If I knew she wasn’t here, I would NOT have stayed!

Top notch experience!! Clean room in a quiet location that really set the tone for a tranquil stay! Plenty of parking spaces and lots to do in the surrounding area to keep busy! Would definitely recommend anytime!

Im here for work and my stay hasnt been anything less that great Miss Lizz and Miss Cola and the rest of the staff has taken really good care of me. Always there when i need them even if they’re busy. My room was fairly clean when i checked in I didn’t have to do much cleaning up behind them and i like that.

came for a brewers game and the manager heather was very helpful and kind. the hotel smelled clean and was just a inviting experience. something I was not expecting considering the outside looked old and run down. came back yesterday and asked for the manager, a bigger lady at the front laughed and rolled her eyes and stated she was no longer there. She seemed glad that heather was not there and I found that rude and disrespectful. I understand that managers may leave their position, but for this lady to act the way she did was very unprofessional. My friends and I did not even stay, we left and went to the Holiday Inn Express next door. Management, you made a bad decision to let heather go because of this ladys actions and demeanor, you lost business.

Spacious rooms, pleasant experience. Hotel has clean and comfortable rooms. Convenient location with very helpful, friendly staff. Would definitely recommend Extended Stay Tosa location for any trip, business or leisure stay.

Heather at front desk is awesome and very helpful. I wouldn't stay anywhere else. The rooms are very clean and everybody there is very friendly. Great place to stay . I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The staff is amazing! exceptionally friendly. All of them. My room was very nice and quiet. I was there on a medical reason and every time I would pass the front desk someone there would talk to me and it was very comforting. I am not going to single anyone out for I believe that the good lord put me here at this hotel to meet all the wonderful people. I would recommend to anyone to go stay. Thank you and god bless

I came for treatment at froedert hospital and the lady at front desk Heather was very courteous and treated me with such respect. She recommended some places to go get dinner and when I got to my room, my remote control was missing. I called the front desk and heather came up right away and not only brought a remote but made sure it worked properly. I appreciated that. Quiet night in hotel. Only thing I would suggest is that the carpet either gets replaced with some nice flooring to brighten up the room or a lighter color carpet. Other than night pleasant stay
