53 on Victoria

Last minute trip to Warwick left me scrambling for accomodation. Came across 53 on Victoria and was really impressed! The rooms were really well furnished and it had a very nice modern bathroom. As for the bed, it was exceptional..! Have not had such a good nights sleep for some time. The process of checking in etc was all very smooth.

We stayed one night in this charming motel. It seems maybe an older motel that has had a makeover. Furnishings are eclectic with a Japanese theme. The place is about a 5 minute drive from central Warwick . We did however have a couple of criticisms. Firstly our unit ( 5) is so dark inside. We needed to turn on all the lights to see anything. The only window is in the kitchen. Secondly no outside space, a couple of chairs by the front door is useless facing the driveway and not private. Room is very well equipped but I think one night is enough.

Absolute heaven. Room ready early.. passcode to room very easy to remember and it was such a large apartment. There was full cooking facilities, a table for 6 , sofa and chair..large bathroom,plenty of towels… exceptionally clean. Parking under a shade cloth. Very quiet at night. Easy walking to Warwick town centre. Lovely friendly couple own it. Very modern. Unit 2 is perfect fir couples..large King bed with super comfortable mattress.

Check - In - Was very easy.. We checked in a bit later and were sent instructions via Text. Simple and effective Was the room clean - Yes, spotless and very well appointed Was the bed comfortable - The bed was King size, very comfortable. We slept very soundly Shower - The shower was great. Pressure was good. Plenty of hot water Was the environment quiet – 53 on Victoria was quiet. We were in Room 1, which is closest to the road, and did not hear any traffic. Location – A short stroll into the town centre. Pubs and restaurants were close by. A great location The staff - We met Kylie, one of the owners the next morning, and she was super friendly and so helpful. Advised us on tourist spots and restaurants. Kylie & Tim were awesome. The Wi-Fi was included and speed was good. General information - 53 on Victoria is set back off the road, is close to the CBD, has everything you need. Close to restaurants, and hotels. The owners just make your stay so personal, it is fantastic. Rooms are a good size and very cosy. Would I stay there again - YES !!!!. We will return. Beautiful rooms that are very clean and central to everything. We stayed 2 nights and could not be happier. Decor is gorgeous. Bed was very comfy. Quiet location. All amenities that you’d expect in a city motel but with country hospitality. Host Kylie was so welcoming, felt like we’d stayed there a million times. We will be back again.

Booked this accommodation in Warwick as we were unable to find accommodation in Stanthorpe when we decided to go to The Apple & Grape Festival. This place did not disappoint. It had everything we needed - kitchen facilities, clean bathroom with fresh towels including extras, comfortable King sized bed, Wi-Fi etc. and is within easy walking distance of local Supermarkets. It was just a 40 minute drive to Stanthorpe. The owners could not have been more friendly or helpful.
