The hotel is located in the heart of Oldtown and is nice. The rooms are very spacious, clean and the staff is very professional. The only thing is the rooms are big but awkwardly shaped- you have to go to the couch to see the TV and the overall layout of the room is not a conventional hotel. Other than that, the hotel has an old boutique charm.

We were not first time in his hotel and everything was perfect as always.

One of the worst hotel I have ever been. If there is a negative mark I can give, I will have no hesitation to give it. I have real difficulty in understanding why would it be a five star hotel. Be that as it may, the hotel was not able to deliver the room that is the same as the pictures shown. None of the pictures as shown is the same as the room that I was given. The Hotel was trying to explain that they are of the same type, but in fact, the room was small and with only one window beside the bed, far from being of the same type. The reason given was wholly unconvincing. It goes without saying that whenever you offer good or services, you’ll give out what you have shown to the potential purchaser. Worse still, hours were spent on sorting out this issue with the Hotel, but was completely in vain. It was a complete waste of time. Also, there is some issue with the manner of its staff. I’m not sure if it is because we are Asians, whenever the staff talked to us, they were in such a poker face. I say so because I observed that whenever the staff talked to the western people, they were far more energetic and passionate. Such a contrast existed before I even spoke to the staff so I can eliminate the possibility that it was our interaction that caused the problem. In addition, I stayed for more than one night and I sorted the things in the room to clean up the space for work. However, the next day when I came back to the room, the staff put back everything to the original position, so that I have to do exactly the same thing again, wasting my time in such housekeeping matter. In short, I will never go to this hotel again. I would unreservedly recommend all my friends and relatives not to go to this hotel as well. There are way better options in the city with cheaper prices.

Great room. Excellent location and staff were friendly and helpful. We used Ubers to taxi us about and saved a load of money. Hotel taxi to the airport was 400 and an Uber was 100.

Super convenient location no matter how you travel: by plane or by train. Great service

Great location room 201 twin beds with Hugh bathroom/ toilet super market nearby so are restaurants… highly recommended 👍

Very nice and cozy hotel in the old town

The hotel was beautiful. We arrived very late (and booked late) so there was an issue with finding the booking, but this was resolved promptly. The bathroom was a little smoky (non smoking room). We informed staff in the morning, they were very apologetic and said they would check the room for future guests. It was a trip for our anniversary and the hotel provided sparkling wine- a lovely touch! I would highly recommend. Central location, nice hotel, comfortable beds and friendly staff.

The location is great, very close to most attractions, Marie Curie Museum, Royal Palace, and Little Mermaid. I also walked to Chopin Museum, Palace of Culture and Science, and Warsaw Zoo. There are many supermarkets, restaurants, and gift shops around. It is very quiet and clean. Recommended.

The location is in the old town, and many attractions are within walking distance. It is a very warm and elegant hotel, and many details are well handled. When I arrived at 11:30 on the first night to check in, there was no one, and I waited for a long time. The service was basically on time at other times. The breakfast was rich.
