"My husband and I came to Wanning for our anniversary, and honestly, this trip was made so special thanks to our butler, Luna. She was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. I wanted to surprise my husband a little, so I contacted Luna beforehand to help me with a 10th-anniversary room setup. To my surprise, she even prepared a small cake for us! I was initially worried it wouldn't be possible, so it was a delightful surprise. Luna was just so heartwarming, and she quickly helped us with any questions we had afterward, from recommending restaurants to booking shuttle buses to Shenzhou Station. She truly deserves 100 stars! It's an older hotel, and while some of the facilities are a bit dated, the room was clean and tidy, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable, giving me two nights of great sleep. The hotel has a fantastic resort vibe; the lawn, pool, beach, and little train all make for great photos. The breakfast was abundant; I ate until I was stuffed. The only slight negative was that the hotel's park guide wasn't clear, so we weren't sure what facilities or activities were available. I suggest providing guests with a paper or digital park map upon check-in, clearly marking facilities and activity times."

"I was a bit apprehensive at first, seeing the mixed reviews online, but the moment we were waiting to check in, our amazing butler, Mile, contacted me and offered to handle the check-in process directly. Throughout our stay, her service was incredibly thoughtful and responsive. She went above and beyond, tirelessly answering my requests for the buggy at any hour – truly exceptional attentiveness that brought our trip to a perfect close!. As for the hotel itself, we booked a two-bedroom villa, and contrary to some online comments, it wasn't damp at all, even though it rained during our stay. The cleanliness was also satisfactory. The room was very spacious and perfectly comfortable for our family of five. We also enjoyed a continuous flow of welcome drinks and complimentary fruit platters and cakes upon arrival, which many five-star hotels don't even offer. The only minor drawback was breakfast; it was just too crowded. I had to queue at 9:00 AM on the first day and again at 10:20 AM on the second day. Everything else was absolutely perfect, and I look forward to visiting again!"

We stayed in the Weilan Qingjing View King Room, which was smart and thoughtful, and the cloud-like memory foam mattress ensured a full night's sleep. It's super convenient for surfing and enjoying the sea, and after a long day, there's a lovely common area to relax in. The staff were warm and attentive, making our stay from check-in to check-out full of pleasant surprises. Choosing this place for your Wanning trip is definitely the right call! Upon arrival, they even gave us a free upgrade to a poolside room, and because of a typhoon, we extended our stay by an extra day, which they offered at a discounted rate!
