Unfortunately hospitality is not the focus at this hotel. Our extended family of 14 people has stayed here 4 times over the last 13 years and was planning a trip in June of 2020 and then moved it to 2021 and now to 2022 because of COVID. We were not able to get the same dates for the flights we had in 2020 so our timing shifted a few days for when we would be able to arrive. We requested the hotel move our dates 3 months out and we were told they were booked except for the mountain view rooms. We were fine with staying in those rooms as we have done so previously. We were told those rooms are only for 6 nights minimum. We were only staying for 3 nights in the suite we had originally booked. Apparently there are zero excepts to this rule and we are out our deposit of 246 Euros. After spending thousands of dollars at this hotel over 13 years I would have expected better trea**ent and I would not recommend staying here after this experience. Sadly for our family this tradition will end this year on a technicality.
