Hotel location is ok, but breakfast not so good, can choose other hotel with this price will more better.

My friends and l stayed in Vung tau for leisure. The reason why we pick up this hotel is the location, reasonable price and the deep understanding of what core value of a budget hotel in a tourism city should provide to the customers. The location is great. It is closed to the beach and Jesus status in a walking distance. It is also closed to some wonderful restaurants. The price is reasonable. It deserved the price in terms of room facilities and breakfast. A budget hotel has a swimming pool at the rooftop faces the beautiful sea and beach. Breakfast is great as well A comfortable bed and strong hot water in the showering room are the most important things for me. Ibis is doing great job. I would like to recommend this hotel to anyone who looks for balance among budget, safety, comfort and convenience

Hotel with a nice location with beach just across the road. Nice pool and view on the roof. Good breakfast (but everyday it’s the same so you can get bored after 2-3 days). You got a free water every day. Room size is pretty big. The biggest problem is elevators… you can wait it for ages, they are very slow…. Also room cleaning can be a bit better, there always were some hairs and dust near the door after cleaning

Nice hotel and good service: friendly and knowledgeable. Room cleans, necessary perfect. I have a good trip. Location is perfect , it is near to beach and food restaurant. 5 starts for Ibis style hotel.

I recently stayed at Ibis Style Vung Tau and found the experience somewhat mixed. The room size was quite small considering the price, and the pool was also on the smaller side. Additionally, all amenities had to be requested, which felt inconvenient, especially for Vietnamese guests. The mirror at the "infinity pool" was extremely dirty, making it impossible to take good photos. On a positive note, the front desk staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Despite the friendly service, I'm unsure if I'll choose to stay here again.

The hotel was so unique n well designed for its named Staff was exceptionally courteous n pros mannered Well greeted on arrival by staff name hang and also well check out by her as well haha! Good stay very good view frm room wit balcony although bit sandy on floor perhaps that the themed Will come bak again

Worst hotel experience in Vietnam and Ibis hotel ever! I stayed in Ibis style Vung Tau hotel in Vietnam hotel for two nights during 6/22-6/24. In the 6/23 morning ard 8am, I was deeply sleeping and ur lousy house keeping staff ring the room bell for many times made very loud noise and woke me up in the very early morning. Further she used her staff card entered into my room while I was naked on the bed, it was really rude and lousy service!!! Thereafter, I complained to your reception manager, she totally didn’t feel its ur fault, and didn’t apologize for all about this. She (I don’t know her name) said every hotels policy like this (this is totally ********!!). And if I can’t accept it, I should go to find another Airbnb to stay (I already prepaid all the room fees. Did she kick me out of hotel?) What a sick reply from ur supervisor! It’s definitely the worst hotel experience ever!! I’ll gonna leave very poor ratings at Google map and every hotel’s booking website to remind people not book this lousy hotel!

On the regards of guest privacy, we have run a seriously investigate included footage check, at 8:18am on that day show that our room attendant did knock the door at least 3 times as standard but no one answer then waiting until 8:20am to tap the key card, tried to open the door slowly but they heard your answer from inside and turn out without entering to your room. And according our duty manager have explained to you in that morning, we suggested the guest to put DND signage if the guest would like to have privacy time. Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem and taking seriously your value feedback in order to prevent future occurrence.
